Leonis Pizzeria Bonita — Restaurant in Florida

Came in with my grandchildren while visiting the area... There was only one other table being waited on so not busy at all .. the older woman who was the server must had been in a bad mood for no smiles no greeting she gave us menus and walked away before I could say anything.. when she finally returned I ordered quickly for it was apparent she wasn't happy to be working that day.. no small friendly chit chat like the Leonis pizzeria in Naples , and the service there which is order at the front was so much better than here and they wait on you with a smile and friendliness not here.. not today at least .. whoever cooks here needs to take tips from the other pizzeria for it does a 100% better job than here.. we ordered fries and a half bacon half cheese pizza..the bacon was not crispy barely cooked and was inedible the cheese was weird, tasted like it was soured.. I nor my grandsons could eat barely a couple bites.. my stomach was turning after a bite... the fries were slightly cold when they arrived but they were hungry and ate them as they were the only edible item served.. the waitress saw we weren't eating and saw the napkins soaked in grease that we used attempting to help sponge off the super greasy pizza.. bad cheese, hard crust that tasted like a frozen overcooked pre-made crust. just a disappointment..I would not recommend it to anyone.. to bad they weren't half as good as the one on Tamiami in Naples for the experience there was so good compared to here and I just was looking forward to the same experience here...I would not come back and if you care for flavor and not being all night in the bathroom you...

Went to Leonis Bonita location today around 3pm. The server was okay, nothing stood out as for as exceptional service goes about our server. Everything ordered came out fast and was correct. Went in for my first bite of pizza, it was favorable and delicious! Then I decided to go for the parmasean cheese from the table and that created the problem. The cheese was old and rotten, like the worst smell and taste you can possibly imagine. I literally almost puked. The server did see me smelling the jar of cheese and came over right away, took my slice of pizza and the jar of old parmasean. She returned with a clean plate a fresh cheese. The disappointment was that one whole slice of pizza went to complete waste. She could have comped the drink or done something to compensate for the entire slice of pizza we lost out on, but she chose not to do anything at all. I still tipped $7 on a $47.99 bill, even though I really wanted to only leave her $5. I wish people would understand that keeping your customers happy and satisfied really goes a long way!! I ordered a pizza and wings tonight over the phone for delivery and the customer service couldn’t be worse! Whoever was answering the phone at 6:05 on Friday, November 13th had by far, the WORST attitude I’ve ever received placing a simple to-go order. When I put in my order, she put me on hold 4 times within 1 minute, was incredibly rude, and then hung up before I could ask any questions. After calling back to see if the delivery charge included the tip, I was asked for my name and phone number. This being the same girl I just spoke to, I told her that nobody asked me for my name or phone number. Then, she asked if I was sure I was calling the right number. We were only off the phone for less than 2 mins before I hit redial, knowing I was calling the right location. I understand a busy Friday night, but her attitude was quick to break and left me with the regret of placing my order in the first place.
