Leonis Pizzeria — Restaurant in Florida

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza. When I got it home I noticed the pizza did not have in pizza sauce. The printed receipt did reflect this. I called the cashier named Taylor answered. I I told him about the mistake. Asked if he would remake or give me a refund if I brought the pizza back. He said no. I asked why. He said they are not replacing the pizza because of a mistake I made. I said really? Unbelievable. So I go to the restaurant took the pizza back and told him I would like my money back. He said no. Im not giving it over a mistake you made & that’s a $20 pizza in the trash. Argued with him for several minutes. Told him any restaurant even McDonald’s is going to refund if you are unhappy. Even said I was trying to get a free pizza even though I was returning the pizza. Asked to speak to a manager he said she say the same thing. Bring pizza and receipt tomorrow. I said just keep it and started to walk out. Then he said here is your money motioning to throw it. I take it . Then he slams the pizza in the trash. And tells me McDonald’s is up the street ! Lmbo! I am a dedicated customer. Even have an online account. The girls there know me by name. Very disappointed! If you have someone who dislikes there job or customers for whatever reason should not be working for any company. I recorded the conversation from the restaurant. And I’m sure the security camera from the restaurant will confirm my claim. I hope they have audio...

I signed into an old google account I have not touched in years just to write this review. I can’t even begin to believe how disappointing my entire experience with Leoni’s was. Calling in an order was one of the most difficult and hilariously sad things i’ve ever seen which had to take place over the course of multiple calls, with multiple workers. The only thing I can confidentially say was remotely satisfactory was the delivery time. When the driver arrived we had a hard time communicating due to a language barrier (no big deal at all). But it became a problem when the driver gave me the receipt to sign and did not even have a pen for me to use. The bill for a 14” pizza and boneless wings was $39. A ridiculous price which became even more ridiculous when I opened up my pizza to find that my order was wrong. I still tried to enjoy the meal and the best compliment I can give to the pizza is “yea it’s alright”. Any other popular pizza joint can give you the same quality pizza for much less money. The wings were incredibly dry and was equal parts breading and chicken. My overall experience was entirely unacceptable and i’d recommend anyone reading this simply buy from Dominoes or Papa Johns. My parents ordered pizza from this Naples location 100 times in 8 years(no exaggerations). We were directed to the Bonita springs location since it was closer on a previous order. I ordered from Bonita springs location the next time and upon delivery I was notified that I should use the the original Naples location as they are closer to the front gate, as that is the only gate to get in. So we called Naples as told to by bonita springs to order pizzas and Philly cheesesteaks. After 45 minutes of waiting we receive a call that they cannot deliver to us as we are too far away. I asked them why I was referred to this location by another employee if they won’t deliver and the lady stated “why are you yelling sir”. All six of us sat around wondering what the hell just happened as she was clearly irritated that another employee told me to order from this location. We simply cancelled the order as this response was unwarranted and caught us all off guard.
