Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

This specific location does not honor it's deals with certain companies. I occasionally get Dining Advantage credits through my T Mobile Tuesday's. Everywhere. EVERYwhere honors them. Even OTHER Marco's Pizza locations. But this one, the girl was abrasive, rude, didn't even offer to get the manager or be even remotely helpful, blamed the coupon on us, called Dining Advantage a "scam" and we were the unsuspecting people who buy into that scam, and just flat out refused us no matter how I tried to explain. Well, jokes on you guys. While I go back to Colorado Springs, I'm leaving you with a terrible review and I've made contact with your ties into Dining Advantage. They'll be contacting you shortly, and have refunded the money you stole using them as a scape goat. And I'm not stopping there either. So manager: Next time you tell your employees to turn away anybody and everyone with a coupon while hiding in the back so your counter girl can take the heat, think about the petty people like me that'll go out of their ways to make damn sure you...

I have been ordering from this store for over a decade. I don’t know if the owner changed or what but it is horrible now. First I get a pizza more than 20 minutes late that was cold. Owner said he’d refund me and give me a credit for another free pizza. I have the emails. Neither happened. I try to order again and the mobile app now directs to a web site that is horrible. I just wanted to come on here and brag about Cameron. I order from this establishment almost every single day. Order the same thing every single time. When I went to place my order online they were out of salad. Just got their shipment that morning. Cameron went above and beyond to complete my order. Even made fresh croutons. I've been a store manager for over 20 years. I am a store manager in a nearby establishment. Diamonds in the rough like Cameron are far and few. Please make sure this hidden treasure is given the props she deserves....
