Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I would like to start my review by saying to the guy who wanted a square pizza that you're an idiot. First of all Marcos isn't about square pizza and if you wanted one you should be smart enough to ask for a pan pizza knowing that's the one that comes square.

If you want a crappy square pizza go back to little Caesars and eat that crappy pizza. But stop picking on Marcos employees by writing stupid reviews and belittling their employees when you're the idiot - not Marcos employees. Idiots like you shouldn't be aloud to write reviews!!

I ate at Marcos for the first time tonight and the pizza was very good. Much better than the $5 pizza I was almost forced to eat until I found Marcos online. I can't stand little Caesars and my family wants to get their crappy pizza all the time and I know it's only because it's easy.

My family liked the pizza too and said we can go to Marcos from now on so that makes me happy.

All the employees were nice and helpful as well, they knew the menu and were able to make some suggestions and help me order. The manager stopped by our table and made sure we were happy too.

All in all, I was very pleased with my experience and look forward to going back to Marcos and hopefully never having to eat $5 pizza again.... It's just not worth it.

I almost forgot, the prices were reasonable as well. Only thing I wish were different was that they had Coke products instead of Pepsi. Or at least fresh brewed ice tea or diet Dr Pepper.

Came in after placing an order for carry out, and noticed a dasher having issues with an order, overheard of an order placed over an hour ago that was never made. None of my business but it’s still a red flag I noticed coming in.. I went under the assumption that this location has new staff and have made a mistake as is to be expected. Onto my food… I was not impressed by the slightest bit. I did not know that the pizza bowl does not come with a crust underneath, so all I had in my pizza bowl was cheese, sauce and toppings… not to mention the bowl looked like nothing as advertised, it was extremely thin, completely flat. The cheesy bread didn’t look bad but it tasted a bit too done. That left us with the bbq chicken wings. It was… ok. Not crispy, a bit mushy, but better than the other 2 items I ordered, although I requested garlic butter in my order but received ranch sauce instead. However, I ordered a single pizza from this location last week and was fairly satisfied when it comes to pizza at a fair price. Unfortunately after tonight I give it a 3 star rating… I just hope that the lack of quality and service is due to new staff that are still learning.

Update: With last week’s decent experience and the GM reaching out directly tonight to make up for it with a full credit, I have to bump it up to a 4 star review. The effort to gain a customer’s trust and make the customer happy says a lot, and for that I thank you. Not a lost...

Went to this location today as it is close by .... placed an order by phone ... the person did not have the best attitude or customer service skills... went in to pick up my order ... person making the pizzas just glared and turned their back on us... the other in the back was on the phone & also looked away...I then said “ hello “ and a girl named Mary or Mariely came to the counter ... and proceeded to say “ oh I’m sorry you didn’t hear me coming” ... ummmm... any and every employee should be able to greet and at least acknowledge a customer ( in any line of business) ... since she wasn’t happy about us saying “hello” she started dismissing me and my sister “ saying no it’s ok I’m here now she’s just trying to get pizzas out .... no it’s not ok to treat customers that way and it’s not ok to argue with them either; a simple -I apologize for that - would have sufficed ... she continued to argue & and be condescending with my sister ; and when we left started laughing with the same person who turned their back on us ... to be honest it doesn’t matter how good your product is ... if the service isn’t there 🤷‍♀️ people won’t feel welcome ... very disappointed at today... if employees don’t want to be there ... clock out ... don’t ruin everyone...
