Been here before and wanted to take my fiancé to try it out. Was hoping for a good meal, but unfortunately, it missed the mark. Our server gave us the bare minimum attention no warmth, no real engagement.

The mozzarella sticks were the only good thing we had the entire meal. Our entrees came with garlic bread and salad. The garlic bread was lukewarm and soaked in oil. The salad was okay, but the powdered Parmesan was overwhelming and made it hard to enjoy.

I ordered a pasta dish that sounded great on the menu but tasted completely different than expected, so bad I only managed a few bites. When the server asked how everything was, I was honest about not liking it. He went to speak with the manager and returned saying they’d take 25% off that dish. While I appreciate the gesture, I was really disappointed that the manager didn’t bother to come over and ask what went wrong. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.

I left feeling unheard and let down. Poor service, disappointing food, and even worse management. I really wanted to like this place, but I won’t be returning.
