We where a large group of people, 4 adults and 4 kids, there was a person in front of us no, one behind us ,as soon as we get to the cashier, she leaves, confused ,we wanted a second then told by someone passing by, apparently the manager, we need to use the kiosks, my father in law said no we have a big order and need to use the cashier, the manager sent the cashier that left to help us with the kiosks, He said no I said I want a cashier to take the order here, still no one behind us, so the cashier came back to the register, took the order and was a nice lady, we got a table waited a normal amount of time , the manager (blond with color in her hair can't remember if it was light pink or light blue), no personality tossed the trays on the table,my father inlaw said thank you mam ,she just walked away and said nothing , no simile, nothing ,she was cold her employees seemed very disorganized and stressed, except one lady ,I can't remember her name she was very personable and asked how everything was, with a smile and if we need anything, and hope we have a grate day , we told her about the manager ,she said the manager was new and that this McDonald's was not ran appropriately, apparently bad managment, and hopefully this new manager will do better ,abd would tell her we where not happy with the coldness. This McDonald's has nice inside, seemed a bit dirty, and the manager seems like she dose not have experience. Wish the lady who asked if we liked our food and if we need anything was was the manager, we asked her why she was not a manager , she said I have had manager positions, but I would never want to be a manager here to many problems. Read moreI go to this McDonald's for the Wi-Fi because of the fact I have no internet connection at home, so I usually will go in and setup my computer and then go order a cheese burger or a chicken sandwich. I always order something to drink. They have an exceptional menu for those like me on a budget. At times this location can get loud and very obnoxious, with customers. Some of the staff members can even be obnoxious. Have had one or two visits where the employees were screaming at the managers and managers sending employees home. But overall the biggest complaint I have about this location is lack of electrical outlets... There are only two for customer use that I have been able to find and they're along the wall of the women's restroom. Please someone get an electrician in to install more outlets in the restaurant. Thank you.
A week later... I have grown fond of some of the employees including some of the managers my personal favorite seems to be the night managers they seem so laid back and so kind. I have found myself here several times after walking around all day. There are a couple managers really stuck on customer service in means of taking care of the customer in any way possible. I found myself toting a couple very heavy bags and they allowed me to leave my bags behind knowing they wouldn't be taken as I made other little errands like running to the grocery store to get smokes or going to get something very small from another store. I just want to give a personal shout out to the managers and staff of this location. May you all be blessed in your day...
Read moreToday I had probably the worst experience at any fast food restaurant at this McDonald’s on 50. I ordered a mobile order on my lunch break through the app at 10:44 am, on Halloween,and waited in spot 4 for about 10 minutes before heading in to see if there was an issue with my order. Usually I’m patient, and I’d understand if someone explained to me what the holdup was from (maybe they were out of my ingredients? That’s fine, we can swap something), but nobody came to talk to the customers that were waiting that wasn’t preoccupied with drive-thru. I waited for another 15 minutes, and NOT ONE employee even asked what was up, besides my trying to get some help (fairly eagerly during the last 5 minutes). After 25 minutes of waiting for someone to even talk to me, I had to leave to get back to work. I think the worst part was that one of the managers was over standing between the drive-thru window and the fry station with 3 other people, saw me and everyone else in line, but didn’t come over to address the hold up. I don’t know how they had 4 people stationed within a few feet of each other for 15 minutes straight but can only assign one person, already handling drive-thru, to handle the ~8 customers with questions and concerns at checkout/lobby. I spent $6-7 (with a mobile deal), never got my food, never got to talk to anyone about it, and never even got acknowledged. Mostly feel insulted. I’m leaving 2 stars because I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and I haven’t always been treated like this, but this about ruined my feelings...
