Five Guys — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Was with a friend who I was discussing some important things with about someone whose really going through a bad bout of depression pretty hard which is breaking my heart cause this us a really good person and my friend Shanon was like my sugar is down. I have to eat something and u have this depressing story bout somebody so depressd their not quite themselves lately so I say to cheer up we go to Five Guys...which TOTALLY BROUGHT A SMILE TO MY FACE INSTANTANEOUSLY let me tell u. Now this was one I HAVEN'T BEEN TO yet way up by Northcliiffe rd. Place wasn't as busy as I expected yet it was 3pm in the afternoon. I ordered a bacon burger with pickles, onions,extra mayo, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and jalapeños and of course u order a small fry each and get a bag just stuffed with delicious HOT FREAKING FRIES MAN. Like 4 large fries from Mickey D's for the price of just one. Place was spotless as was the bathroom, which is a TOTAL PLUS!! Food was excellent as was the friendly,comedic staff...music playing at just the right volume....AND...I FINALLY MTOOK PICTUUES!!!!! YAY!!!!! Can you BELIEVE THAT!?!?? GREAT DINING IN A FIVE GUYS YET AGAIN AT YET A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT WHICH THE STANDARDS WERE HELD AS HIGH AS THE OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS I HAVE VISITED PREVIOUSLY. THANKS GUYS...Five...

At approximately 6:55 I entered the five guys and was greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Brianna, who took my order and was very attentive even asked me if I wanted cheese on my burger cause I only ordered a bacon burger. I let her know no cheese she confirmed no cheese however for some reason, cheese was put on my burger. This is unsatisfactory. The cheese does not scrape off easily because it’s not real cheese. It’s cheese food, which is why I don’t eat that garbage. I tried to call the store back because I’m already in my pajamas and was ready to sit down and watch some TV and eat my burger without cheese. So disappointing I was left on hold for seven minutes. Meanwhile my food is getting cold. I deserve a refund or at least credited back a burger onto my ticket. My order number was 54. Today’s date is 825. My order was taken at 6:57 PM. I did take a picture of the cheese on the napkin in the trash. I paid cash so I’m not sure how I’ll get a refund unl as it will be given tomorrow because I’m not leaving the house a second time for...

This was the first time that I ate at 5 guys and didn’t like it. It was like the meat was different. I had 6 to 8 pieces of bone or hard muscle. Or knuckle. Bone fragment. Plus, it did not taste the same as I’ve had in the past. When youpay 25/$30 for a burger. I expected to be sirloin. Not ground chunk. Kick myself in the butt for not going to Carrabba‘s. They’re about the only decent place to eat around there anymore besides Chick-fil-A and they were closed. But to be honest, I’m not surprised five guys. You’re falling in the same category as every other fast food restaurant. The only difference is is your prices are way too high. I will not be going back to that one.
