McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Today I ordered food through the self-service window because it seemed quick since I couldn't get out because I was with my daughter. The person, if that's what you can call him, kept me waiting for a while to serve me from the moment I was at the speaker. I said to him in English, "Do you speak Spanish?" He said, "What do you say?" And he really didn't want to serve me, he went to the window and kept me waiting longer. I said, "Please find me your manager," and he called someone who wasn't there and treated me super badly. I decided to place my order anyway. It was late and I just wanted my food. They sent me to the park. I waited and waited... They never brought me the order. I had to go in for them to tell me that we'd already delivered your order. I had to prove that I didn't have my order and someone else was the one who made it for me. I speak a little English, but it was something new for me and I feel more comfortable speaking Spanish. Honestly, for me it was racism, a lack of desire to work, and a lack of leadership and professionalism in the place. Since McDonald's is their new policy. I hope this comment reaches where it needs to go, and to top it off, the food they gave me was old and looked bad. And it's sad that these things happen between Latinos.

First, you're not welcomed when you enter this restaurant! You're asked to order at the kiosk because the cashier doesn't want to stop mopping the floor to help customers! Then, when they realize that you are paying cash and finally get to the register. Make sure that your order is input right also. We ordered large meals and got medium. Ordered a half and half tea, a sweet tea and a hi-c orange for my daughter. The Half and half was only unsweetened and besides that, both of the teas were old! They tasted like they were made the week before! After finally getting someone's attention, we would have had to wait for 20 minutes while new tea was made! So instead, we got diet coke and coke. Both tasted like they had been watered down. The only drink that was at least decent was the hi-c! The fish sandwich that was ordered with extra cheese, pickle and mustard added. Was made with extra pickles and a squirt of mustard, but no extra cheese! Like almost everything was off! Does McDonald's even train their employees anymore? I mean come on, really! I used to work at the very same restaurant and we were kept in line by our manager, Ms. Mary! She made sure that we were putting out a quality product! I guess things have changed and McDonald's really doesn't care about the actual service rendered, as long as they get that dollar out of your pocket! It's really...

please pay attention if you go inside to order. the night we were there ,there were several young kids (8-12 years old?) in the lobby. They will try and pick your pocket while another will try and distract you by asking if you can buy them something to eat or ask for money so that THEY can get something to eat. This is not an accusation but a fact. since one of the customers caught one of them and said he wanted his 5.00 back as the kid was walking out the door. Now - the kid did return it. But he didn't seem sad in the least. I know they are there rather frequently and live in the area . ( as other businesses in the area have had the same problem with stealing.) but it's NOT worth it to me. FYI : all black boys and one girl at least 2 ride bikes ( one is a beat up blue one with dirt bike tires) and hoodies or jackets Seriously? it's still in the mid 70ds . what's wrong with this picture? Is it dangerous I don't think so. Is it a pain, and NOT WORTH the trouble absolutely. It's sad either ,the owners or corporate just remodeled the whole thing , it's nice inside.
