This McDonald's is very different and unique the reason I say this, is because of the type of service i received was almost on the same caliber as Chick-fil-A say Why: customer representative show patience made sure I was done also she double check the type of dream I was purchasing just to make sure there was no error from there she then repeated the whole order. Read moreI ordered a hash brown and bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I got to the window and the team member told me they informed her they did not have biscuits and would I like to substitute it for the McMuffin? I politely told her no thank you, and I was taking the breath to finish my sentence, she said “let me check” and walked away. When she came back, she had a bag in her hand and said “$5.35”. I paid and then left.
I was excited because I thought they actually had it. Turns out, she did give me a biscuit, but the sausage and egg. That’s not what I wanted. If she would have taken the time to listen to me, I was trying to tell her, if they don’t have it, no worries I will only take the hash brown (I was craving it). So now, I left with a sandwich I did not want at all, nor did I eat. My husband, who just came off a night shift and just wanted to go home, told me not to worry he would eat it so it would not go to waste. If not, it would have to be honest.

Read moreBottom line: Only use the drive thru if you're going to risk coming here at all. Yes the line might look long; but they WILL NOT serve you in a reasonable time if you walk in to pick up an order. I always order through the app and even the smallest orders can't be made in a normal time. The drive thru will be empty by the time you get your order.
Original review: Pro: It was busy but service was still prompt, the dining staff were helpful and courteous. Con: Order wasn't complete and had to wait longer for final item. No Shamrock shakes despite being offered on the app (I blame corporates) - 3 stars
