McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Believe what you read here, choose a different location! The food is old and management is disrespectful, Cecilia and Ms.V, were the managers on duty. I stopped here this morning to only get to work, the hash brown was over cooked and the egg McMuffin was made poorly. I called to make a complaint about the food only to be hung up on by Cecilia instead of her asking how she could fix my issue she literally fussed with me as if we were in a feuding match and then disconnects the call. I called back only to get a manager by the name of Ms. V and she was no better. Word of advice if you don’t have satisfied customers your business will not flourish. McDonald’s please invest in better employees. I refuse to ever go back to this location even if it is convenient. I would rather drive to the location on Federal Highway, that one is much cleaner anyways. I’m not spending my money anywhere it’s not appreciated. I told Ms. V, is it, that I would be making a complaint to the corporate office and she said, go right ahead. After, refusing to give me the store number. Ms. V, just so you know I will be making that complaint first thing this morning. For you to be a manager, you acted very disrespectful, lead by example and your employees will follow. I ordered from the app and I had my drive thru code and as I was pulling into the parking lot my code disappeared and said enjoy your food. I parked and walked inside to see what was going on. The manager told me that the food was picked up already. That it was picked up by a lady and there is nothing she could do. So i told her " you gave my order to the wrong person, you can't give me my money back and you expect me to leave without my order and what are my kids going to eat", the manager shrugged her shoulders and said there is nothing I can do. I walked back to my car trying to figure out what to do, when I get a knock on my window it was an off duty manager and she told me that she found the receipt to my order in the garbage and there's nothing she can do. I got furious and went back inside and After an hour of me refusing to leave with either my order or my money and the manager on the phone with her boss I finally received my food. I all went to this McDonald's because it's literally right down the street And never had issues. Some of the employees even recognize me. I just can believe that the manager was trying to brush off the situation and kept telling me there is nothing I can do. Doesn't deserve to be manager. I wish I could...

I'm gonna assume it's privately owned, because I went there looking for the daily deals that makes McDonald's even more of a value(ex. Monday .99 cent nuggets), was told that they didn't offer that. So I ordered 3 six piece nuggets and a large fry, bringing me to a grand total of $12.80. As I stood and waited for my order, I saw a 2 for $5 promotion scroll across their automated menu. And behold, you could actually order two ten piece nuggets for five bucks. When I asked the cashier if they had .99 cent nuggets on Monday, she simply replied, "we don't do that", never bothering to mention that I could opt for two ten pieces for less then the cost of three 6 piece nuggets. I get it... most restaurants would rather upsell, if they had to choose between giving the customer the best deal, or bringing in more revenue. But truth of the matter is that im more likely to become a repeat customer if I feel the establishment has the customer's best interest in mind.
