McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Cashier didn’t understand English. She kept asking what I wanted when I gave her my order more then once and was very rude. I had a coupon buy one breakfast sandwich any breakfast sandwich and receive another for a penny. They wouldn’t give me the breakfast sandwich I requested even though it is listed as a breakfast sandwich. Next time I’m going to Burger King right next store. Customer service is better there and they honor the coupons that they put out. The food quality is also better. Some things never change. I decided to try this McDonald’s again. I asked for pickles bc I got a chicken McGriddle. They wouldn’t give me pickles. Ok I get it. It’s only for later. So, I asked for syrup for my McGriddle. They said it’s only for pancakes. A McGriddle is a pancake I explained but I guess the manager doesn’t know what they sell here bc she told me it was not a pancake. She told me they charge for syrup. Ignorance...

Ok so I am at this McDonalds and place my order and go to the pay windows. At this point I am guessing this is a manager with a cashier and they are literally closing(counting the cash in the drawer, which is supposed to be done in the backoffice) the drawer at the windows instead of taking it to the back office. So I am waiting for like 5 to 7 mins with my hungry daughter in the car(yes I know its not a lot of time, but I asked them if I can go the next windows and they told I have to wait) but seven cars back up behind just because they did not take the drawer to the back office. If you dont want to service your clients by the drive thru then tell them to come inside; I was furious. I do not have to wait while you do you back office work so you can save some time later before you clock out. I have never been so disrespected by food service like this in my entire life. I'm very disappointed on the occurrence that happened in this McDonalds. My grandma came to buy a McChicken that is $1.29. She doesn't speak English well so when she went to ask for the McChicken she said "chicken sandwich of one dollar." The lady taking her order told her that there was nothing on that menu that was less than $3 and embarrassed her in front of everyone. My grandma is a very nervous person, so she later came home and told my dad and I what happened on the verge of crying. This McDonalds has no respect for the elderly since the lady didn't even want to try and understand what my grandmother was trying to say and ended up just embarrassing her in front of everyone. This experience showed me that this McDonalds needs to learn manners and they need to know their own menu. I hope this review gets...
