Title: Disappointing Experience Mister 01 Extraordinary Pizza, Lake Mary.

I have visited this Pizza Place in Lake Mary numerous times and have always raved about their delicious pizza and service. However, my recent visit left me thoroughly disappointed.

Despite the fact that their pizza is usually crispy and delicious, this time it was burnt to a crisp. To add to the disappointment, the service was subpar. We were accompanied by my 94-year-old aunt and my husband, who suffers from vascular dementia, yet the waiter seemed impatient and rushed.

We were not even given the courtesy of being introduced to our server, nor were our basic needs met. After completing our salad, we had to request new plates for our pizza, our wet dishes from our salads dressing, it would have made it unpleasant to enjoy our meal with wet plates.

The lack of patience and empathy from our server was evident throughout the meal. Despite expressing our concerns, the server made excuses rather than offering an apology. It was disheartening to witness such poor customer service.

We arrived approximately around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, it definitely wasn't peak time. With only two tables occupied inside, including ours, and perhaps two more outside.

However, despite the slow pace, our experience didn't quite match our expectations for a leisurely and enjoyable meal, especially since we had hoped to make it a memorable occasion bringing together my auntie, who loves pizza, and my husband and me.

The final straw was when our server decided to sweep underneath our table while we were still eating, showing a blatant disregard for our dining experience.

Furthermore, the manager's intervention came only after we had already voiced our dissatisfaction. It was evident that the staff lacked proper training in handling customers, especially elderly ones.

Overall, this experience has left me hesitant to return to Mister 01 extraordinary Pizza Place in the future. I hope that by sharing my experience, the management takes necessary steps to improve their service and ensure that no other patrons have to endure such a disappointing visit.

I’ve been dying to try the star pizza because it looks so good on social media. It’s what drew me in to check it out. I’m a big fan of ricotta cheese on my pizza ever since I tried the Detroit from Sodough square. We make sourdough pizza at home with homemade pizza sauce and fresh grated cheese (almost weekly) however something about tonight we decided we didn’t feel like cooking and agreed to take the kids out. This was a decision we don’t regret and all agree that this is our new family fav spot in Lake Mary, it’s hard to get all of the kids to agree on a place but when it’s that good there’s no debate. Mister01 Extraordinary Pizza lives up to its name and the hype, especially if you value clean simple ingredients. I’m not a large pizza fan not because I don’t like pizza but because I’m very picky. A lot of pizza will leave my abdomen in pain because of the grease and preservatives. I was really happy to read on the menu that the dough is naturally fermented (which can make it more digestive friendly) and they do not add any sugar to the dough or sauce. When the food I put in my body isn’t filled with all that extra stuff, I get to just enjoy the natural flavors and walk away feeling light instead of bloated and tired. I value this over everything. The rest was icing on the cake, the service was top tier- our server was Andrew- who’s number 1 goal is to make sure our experience met their high standards. It was incredible. We met the owner/manager who welcomed us (it was our first time). We sat outside which was great for the kids so when they got antsy they could play on the trail while we finished our meal. We Loved every part of it and I have to say, the pizza really is that good. It doesn’t have to be over complicated, quality ingredients go a long way. Dining at Mister. O1 in Lake Mary was an extraordinary experience. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the upscale ambiance and the attentive service. The inviting, clean, open-air design made us feel welcome and comfortable right away. We were greeted promptly and attentively, setting a positive tone for the rest of our visit.

To start, I had the Caesar salad, which was fantastic. The lettuce was incredibly fresh and crisp, the croutons were bursting with flavor, and the dressing tied everything together perfectly. This high bar set the stage for the rest of our meal.

For the main course, I chose the Margherita pizza. The thin crust was crunchy but not overly so, providing the perfect texture with every bite. The flavors were rich and vibrant, and the cheese was wonderfully stringy, adding to the overall delight of the dish. The portions were humongous, enough to feed two to four people, and we definitely felt we got our money's worth.

Our server, Katherine, went above and beyond. She took the time to share the history of Mister O1 and ensured we were comfortable throughout our meal. She even arranged our plates to make it easy for us to enjoy our food without any hassle.

We also enjoyed an appetizer, the Caprese salad. The tomatoes and mozzarella were incredibly fresh, and the dish was served with bread and a selection of oil and vinegar that enhanced the flavors beautifully. Everything was absolutely amazing.

Mister O1 is an awesome place for a quick or extended lunch. It’s also a great spot for a date or a weekend outing. Overall, the experience at Mister O1 was exceptional. The quality of the food, the elegant atmosphere, and the outstanding service made us feel important and well cared for.
