Food was good. But service was the worst ive ever seen it last week. My parents and i used to come here every week and now i see why they stopped. It was a 40 min way to sit outside meanwhile i could count atleast 6 open tables. I asked why we couldnt sit and the girl said they had to sit the people ahead of me that wanted to sit inside first?! Well ive never worked at a restaurant but that made zero sense. Seat the people that wanted to sit outside cause there are tables open. We finally got seated 20 minutes later. Girl took our drink order and took forever to come back. She finally brought out a tray of drinks and left them on the table. She was bringing everyones drink to their table except for ours. Finally another server brought them over. Every other server was helping us except for our own. The table behind us that was seated atleast 10 minutes after us got our food before us. Then our food finally came, from another server ofcourse. I was missing the sausage patty i ordered and told the girl that brought our food, but instead she went and told our server who came and asked what i was missing. I already told what i was missing to someone else. Seems like she had no serving experience. She finallyyyyy got it for me and then swiftly brought our check over. I like how she didnt fill up my boyfriends coffee cause she had only been to our table twice. But i like how quick she wanted to bring us the check. By far some of the worst service i have experienced. The food was good but now i can see why my parents prefer other...
Read moreI’m used to go to Peach Valley Cafe with my husband and kids on a regular basis. Every time we go the service is excellent and the food amazing. Today I decided to invite one of my friends and we brought our dogs with us. I called beforehand to make sure that there was not gonna be any problems if we had our dogs with us. They said they are pet friendly and that we could sit at the patio. Our dogs were interacting with each other and we tried to have them under control at all times. When we were eating, this employee approached us and told us that we were not allowed to give our dogs from our food . They accused us of giving the dogs food from the silverware, when that’s not true because we were giving them a little piece of bacon from our hands. Also That my golden retriever was waggling his tail and it was bothering another client. If you are a pet friendly place or restaurant you need to establish the rules beforehand. You should have an area designated for people that are coming to your business with dogs. My Recommendation for peach Valley Café is that they should take the area that is close to the trail and sit the people that come with dogs in that area so they don’t bother the people that is seated at the patio. I’ve been in other pet friendly cafes and this has been the worse experience ever and they embarrassed us in front of other customers. No...
Read moreThey must have changed cooks because everything we ordered was subpar from previous visits. Our greek omelette add a terrible texture as if a powdered egg was used. Barely tasted like egg. Sourdough toast was ordered on the side, which showed up cold and barely, if at all toasted. There was a hair in the potatoes. The omelet was sent back and a different meal was requested to replace it and it took at least fifteen to twenty minutes. Replacement toast was requested since the first toast was already inedible, and it took another fifteen minutes for toast to appear, which was also not toasted. The philly cheese steak croissant benedict was just okay, and not at all like i've had in the past. The eggs were poached well, but the steak was not as flavorful as before. The potatoes were cut too large and not as crispy as in the past. Service was friendly but not very good. The replacement food took way too long to deliver to the table during a not very busy time period. No manager ever stopped by to ask about that experience or our visit, in general. Our server asked me if she should refill my coffee and I said that would be great, and of course she never did. Our service was eventually delivered with a smile, but that was the best of it. Used to be my favorite restaurant to visit in the area but I don't think I'll be back. Too many other...
