The person there on Sunday mornings is a really young lady who doesn’t know how to make smoothies! She said she has only been there a month. I literally just walked out of the store and I am already writing a review because I just got ripped off. The lady made me a Mediterranean Monster which was extremely unsweetened and did not taste like it usually does. So I took it back inside and she made me a new one that was so sweet I gagged. I ordered the peanut butter power up. It tasted like it was a banana smoothie. I didn't taste the peanut butter let alone the oats. I brought the smoothie back so they could remake it. The lady had no problem with remaking it and was very polite about the situation. Also on top of that this location does not offer the option to put in your phone number in for a free smoothie. When you buy 12 smoothies you get a free smoothie. As mush money as I pay for the smoothies at planet smoothie, every location should offer this. Visit started out great. Husband, daughter and I all stopped for a quick treat. Enjoyed our smoothies outsole on their front balcony area. All was fine until I felt something different in my mouth.
