I'm afraid that my last visit may truly be my last visit.
Your staff informed me that the Moe Monday Deal no longer included the Homewrecker Burrito although it was included the previous Monday.
I was informed that the Homewrecker burrito no longer included guacamole unless I wanted to pay extra. I'm pretty sure that the Homewrecker Burrito is listed on the menu as including guacamole but I decided not to confront the "staff" since they did not appear capable of reading.
I asked to use my points for my drink and I was informed that the Moe Monday did not include a beverage. I asked a 2nd time to use my points but the staff still could not figure out how to do that. Funny thing is LAST MONDAY, your cashier asked if I wanted to use my points for my drink.
Lastly, your drink machine had NO DIET cokes at all. One machine has been down for at least 5 months. I was told in November 2023 that both machines were being replaced. Here we are 5 months later and no replacement and no diet drinks. Being diabetic, I count on you having no sugar options. No one said anything about being out of diet soda.
To top off this less than "wonderful" experience, it was so cold in the dining area that people wearing coats were sitting at the Starbucks tables outside for dinner. I retreated to my car.
WTH is wrong with this location. For years, this location been my go to for healthy food. My last 2 visits have been unmitigated disasters because your dinner staff is...
Read moreI really tried to give this place a chance but never again. I used to come here all the time but the service is just terrible now. The last time I came here was about two months ago and I was not able to place an order because they closed 15 minutes early. Doors locked and all. I figured this time around I’d come a little bit earlier over an hour before they close. First things first I went to order my club quesadilla which comes with bacon, but they were out of bacon. That’s not the part I have a problem with the part I have a problem with is that they tried making it without telling me that they were out of bacon and then the skinny little girl with the dark curly hair behind the counter caught an attitude about putting it on the quesadilla. I let it go though because I was trying to be the bigger person. So I proceed to check out and leave a tip even though the service wasn’t worthy of one. Next I go to fill up my drink and get some salsa but every single salsa bowl is empty. At this point I go back to the counter to ask for some salsa for the rest of my meal. Now the same little girl catches an attitude again and just walks off without saying a word. This is when I proceeded to walk out and I will not be returning. The food here is way to expensive to be dealing with this kind of service. Moe’s needs to do a better job with their hiring selection process. PS nobody screamed welcome to Moe’s when...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience. I was the only customer, what seemed like the manager made my homewrecker burrito. So many things wrong . Everything in the cas was almost empty dried out and cold! First the food was not hot looked dried out and old and was ice cold! I asked her if there was cilantro in the guacamole she said yes a small amount depending on who made it. She offered me a sample it wasn't too overpowering. She was very talkative and didn't listen. When she was making the burrito I said just a little guacamole she kept putting more and more! I asked for queso on the burrito they said that's extra. I said Ok. When they rang me up they asked if I wanted queso for the chips I asked for just a tiny container extra not a large. This cost $20!!! NO DRINK OR ANYTHING ELSE.!! Sat down to eat and everything was ice cold and flavorless except for the overwhelming chunks of Cilantro STEMS!! ICE ICE COLD. I have never had a bad meal at Moe's but I haven't been in a few years. Worst food huge RIP OFF!! NO BURRITO IS WORTH $20 !! THIS is trash food. I told the girl that rang me up that the food was so cold and dried out she said the manager left sorry. I want my money...
