Nature's Table — Restaurant in Florida

Starting by saying I know this place literally just opened like a week ago, and I’m sure they’re still working out some kinks. Overall this place is good! The bright white lighting and white walls everywhere kind of feel like a medical facility but at least the place is clean. I did wait for a couple minutes when I walked in to pick up my online order, the staff was standing around talking in their back kitchen until someone noticed me. The man who gave me my order was friendly, however I was put off by the fact that my order (of cold food) was just sitting on their cutting board counter probably for the 20 minutes it took me to get there after I left work. I know food doesn’t go bad right away, but I’d like my order to be cold when I pick it up and not a little past room temperature. They should keep their orders in a refrigerator until they’re picked up if it’s for cold food. Other than that the food is good. We tried the chicken Caesar wrap (which is huge and enough to share) and the fiesta chicken salad, dressing on the side. Can’t go wrong with these, pretty basic food items. Picked up some sandwiches to go, and while my food was fine, my fiance's sandwich was missing its sauce. Considering that we were the only people there and that there were three people working... I had to take off a star for that. BUT they were 3 extremely pleasant people, and my food was perfect. The store is open and airy and very cool. I'll have to eat there rather than getting to go next time. For a newly opened restaurant it's doing great! I will definitely be back, just might be checking my sandwhich for sauce...
