Last night I decided to come to your location with my wife and what a huge mistake that was. Upon walking thru the front door there was no one that seated us waited few before someone even acknowledge that we were even there. That should’ve been my red flag, but my wife decided she wanted to stay there to eat. I would’ve normally just walked out.. We were seated at table 51 near the bar. Our server was Hector really didn’t have too much issues with Hector, except for a couple minor things had to keep asking for drinks. We asked for the garlic butter sauce, and he kept forgetting to bring it. I ordered 22 ounce porterhouse well done my wife ordered a 6 ounce sirloin with the shrimp. Made it very specific. I asked to get my steak well done on the porterhouse. The porterhouse came out medium well immediately cut into it sent it back. Hector took it back with no issues asked another gentleman brought it out. Not sure what his title is. What his name is never introduced himself, but he was wearing a green shirt brought out my steak again with the potato and steak still was not correct. It was still pink in the middle, even towards the edge of the steak, not even near the bone this point my wife had already started finishing her dinner. She stated that her steak was cold and was not acceptable the third time of bringing my food out to make it correct after my wife has already almost finished her food. Didn’t even enjoy having a dinner with my wife. whoever the gentleman was was in the green shirt brought me out my state. The third time he said he apologized. He walked away. The guest behind us had issues with their steak, and the people the other side of where I was sitting at the other side of the bar had issues with their food. I’m not sure quite what was going on because the place only had maybe 10 people in there the place was not busy when they brought my steak back wasn’t even offered a discount or anything which is totally unacceptable. Felt like you guys just wanted that hundred dollars that I spent there and not even acknowledged that you guys screwed up my food it’s not acceptable. I would like someone to reach out to me. Read moreCommunication is key! I have to write this review about the hospitality customer service from this establishment this morning. As I sat outside waiting for it to be open. I finally was able to be seated by the hostess and she was very nice. I would have expected exceptional service and giving the fact that my family comes here all the time to eat I decided to give it a try. But today I was the only and very first guest that they have this morning, and I'm coming from Orlando. As I waited for the waitress to come and serve me, she finally came out and she walked right past me and started speaking and serving a guest that was seated after me. It seemed like she knew the lady, so when she took her order for drinks, I just was like "okay" though I was there first and starving for a steak, I let that one slide. As she took the lady that came after me her order then she came to me and asked me what I would like to drink she left to get the drinks came back and gave it to us instead of asking me first as the first guest that was there what would my order be she asked the person behind me for their order first and then came to me to ask me for my order, I was fed up at this point, in which I declined to make an order and didn't even drink anything. As a person in customer service and hospitality for over 25 years I was appalled and made me feel unwelcomed. Skip me once cool, but skip me twice, it's time to go. So unfortunately I declined any further service and I stopped at the hostess ask if there's a survey or a manager and she gave me Anthony Browns card. This is bad for business. The staff needs better communication so the guest won't get skipped when waiting patiently to be waited on. This is a shame, never cared to even get the waitress name, started with a C., I think her name was Candace.. So Today I received horrible service from the waitress in which needed some extra awareness and customer service skills towards there guest. Staff needs tightening. Read moreI dined in last night and ordered the 3 course meal. I ordered the 6 oz steak and was told it came with a side. I asked the server the side options and she listed mac and cheese but conveniently forgot to mention that it was an upcharge as it is considered a premium side (an extra $6 to my bill). I got my food- which was honestly amongst the worst tasting I’ve ever had at a chain restaurant. The loaded potato soup had bits of very fatty and chewy bacon. The steak was fairly pink despite me ordering well done. When dessert came, I got my cheesecake with an EYELASH on it. I sent it back and it was replaced. The cheesecake tasted obviously frozen and too sweet in an off putting way. The chocolate sauce and jam that came with the cheesecake were easily some of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tasted. Extremely bitter and way too strong. Needless to say, I did not touch the cheesecake. You would think this is as bad as it gets, right? WRONG. After dining at around 8:30 pm, I woke up the next morning at 6 am to excruciating pain in my stomach and unbelievable nausea. I threw up over ten times and still have a disgusting knot in my stomach. My boyfriend, whom I dined with, has also experienced great stomach upset. I brought home leftovers to my baby brother who has not been able to eat a thing all day because of his stomach pain. It is very clear to me that we contracted food poisoning due to some mishandling of the food. It is infuriating and quite frankly, disgusting. There were quite a few elderly people eating around me as well so I can only imagine the pain they’ve endured today. I will NEVER, EVER return.
