Very disappointed with this place. I have been wanting to visit here since they opened but with my busy schedule it was hard too. We were shopping all day at the loop so my family and I decided to finally try this place out. To my delight the ambience of the place seemed very casual and everything seemed very modern. As we were walking in, I noticed the young woman behind looked annoyed that she had to service another customer. We were standing there for good 2 minutes and no one acknowledged us as they spoke amongst themselves while we were standing in line no further than 4 feet away. I went ahead and approached the same girl that had the attitude and asked her if we were able to order, she said "yes" with a sarcastic tone. My partner went ahead and ordered for us. It took around 30 minutes after placing or order to get our food which was just two burgers and fries. This is subjective of course, the burgers were very bland in my opinion and that should not be what discourages anybody from visiting this place but what really set me off was that my veggie burger had a HAIR on it. Not that anyone cares, but it's safe to say I will never be returning here again. Heaven help you if you need any customer service at this location. My husband and I love the food here, but we have had two extremely disappointing experiences.

I waited for 45 minutes to get 4 burgers and 2 sides and when I received the food, it was cold. Turns out, it was sitting on the counter for 30 minutes and just wasn't handed to me. They did remake the food when I brought it to their attention, but I was in the store for over an hour.

Second experience was ordering from doordash. The dasher couldn't find my home for an hour and didn't speak the same language, so we couldn't communicate. The dasher then claimed that they delivered our food, but we never received it. I went to the store to get a refund, but the manager refused to come out to speak with me and left me with an employee who had difficulty understanding me due to language barrier. They refused to give me a refund despite never getting the food. I did a charge back and they incorrectly told my bank that the services were rendered, so there is now no way for me to recoup that money.

When it's good, it's very good. When things go wrong, you'll be at the store for hours with no resolution. Not...
