Good pizza. Horrible service. Giving them two stars only because I'm giving them a bit of benefit of the doubt, due to them just opening.
Firstly, when my son and I arrived there, we were seated at the nastiest table. It clearly had crumbs on it. The server told us she would clean the table next to us, so that we could sit at that table instead. Another waitress came to take our order, and I noticed the waitress that previously told us that she would clean the table next to us, was at another empty table cleaning that one.đ€Šđ»ââïž
I asked the new server if we could be moved because our table was dirty. She didn't seem to understand me at first, due to language barrier. In fact, it seems that every server we talked to, had trouble understanding us. I'm not prejudice, but this restaurant is located in a popular shopping mall area, and so I could not understand why no one spoke proper English.
Anyhow, the waitress seemed to think that I wanted her to clean our table at that very time and moment. I explained to her that I just wanted to be moved to a new table is all.
Secondly, after moving us to the cleaner table, and taking our order, my son's food came out, and we did not even have any silverware. Another server noticed and brought us the silverware.
Thirdly, when my pizza came, it was the wrong pizza. I mentioned it to the server who brought it to me, and (again) he did not seem to understand. The manager(?) came and asked me if everything was okay. I was so hungry that I told her I would eat my pizza even though it was wrong. She insisted that she bring me the correct one, so I let her.
The manager continued to serve us, but I kept getting the impression that she also, was struggling with understanding my family and I's english. I'm not sure if this is a family owned franchise, but I believe everyone working there was brazilian.
Overall, the food was good, but will not be returning (at least not...

Pleasantly surprised to find out that it is a Italian-Brazilian restaurant. Thought I'd be walking in to a run of the mill pizza joint, but was totally surprised to walk in to a good looking dinning and bar space with a casual atmosphere. There is a full service bar. They have live music every Sunday, Tuesday and saxophone entertainment on Thursdays. Note, live music nites your check will come with a $2 Cover Charge for the entertainment. I happened to go when they had a gentleman singing varied music styles, especially jazzy bossa nova. Service was excellent. Leticia, our server, was very nice and helpful with menu selections.
There are two menus. What I would call the regular menu combining some Brazilian fare with a pretty good selection of appetizers, pizzas, sweet pizzas, traditional pasta dishes, salads, etc. The second menu is a more limited gourmet and pricey selection. Prices in general run mid range to pricey depending on item and menu you are ordering from.
My son had the small buffalo children pizza (around $16.99). I am not a huge wings person but this pizza was delish. All ingredients on the pizza were fresh and tasty. The crust was thin, crisp and chewy. The restaurant bakes the pizzas in this huge circular oven. I splurged and had the gorgonzola risotto with 8oz filet mignon (around $31.00). OMG! The filet was perfectly cooked and tender, a top a bed of creamy and cheesy risotto. Everything was seasoned very well. The portion was decent as well. Lastly, I had their churros with dulce de leche and ice cream ....very sweet and yummy! Sorry no pics of the churros, as my phone died.
Highly recommend...
Read moreHonestly, one of my favorite pizzas, food is delicious even if some other things can be worked on. Never had a problem in my previous visits which is why I always invite new people to this place over and over, so much that I had my niece choose this restaurant for her birthday in June. However, I want to make a comment about customer services, staff is friendly, thatâs for sure but to the girl with curly short hair who came up to our table last night and said if we needed a to-go box ( with one already very obviously sitting on the table because we requested a pizza to go as well as the ones we were having ), and gave me a snide smile when I said we didnât because we already had one and instead of asking us if we needed anything else asked how we would pay the check, obviously wanting us to leave because my two friends were talking to the two tables next to us, little information that you shouldâve considered instead of thinking they were causing trouble and wanting them out: the couple next to us that had the baby interrupted OUR conversation to ask us for suggestions on the pizzas and what they could order that would be good for their baby and started chatting with my friends about their travel plans, the table next to them who my friends joked around with is a friend of ours with her husband and also baby that weâve known for over four years because she even worked at our car dealership⊠the kicking it out attitude because my friends were âdisrupting peaceâ was uncalled for when THAT was the real situation. Thank you for not even asking nor wondering nor realizing that they werenât disturbing anybody that didnât want to talk to us. The judgment on your part was uncalled forâŠ
Overall, everything...
