While I completely understand a closing time, I also understand that when customers are throwing money at you, you take it. RATHER than be mad that you have to take another order.

Pelicans, I wanted to give you my money, and drive though home girl at the window was clearly mad at me for that. Along with those 5 customers that walked in after my order, to throw their money at you. Do better drive through girl. There are open hours for a reason. You are open till 8pm, so 7;30 is ok. Maybe stay OPEN later. Back to school hours isn’t working.

I went to get ice cream on Sunday afternoon with my daughter and my niece. The lady that was up front was talking casually with a person she knew and ignore us for a good few minutes. She never even acknowledged that we're there not even I will be with you in just a moment nothing. I will never come back if they don't have customer service etiquette. Great customer service and to me us considered a hidden GEM in Winter Haven. In the mood for Vanilla Ice cream with sprinkles and chocolate syrup topped off along with a choice of a gummies? Or maybe you could be in the mood for a specific flavor of shaved ice... well they have many flavors to choose from and if you want the flavor to be sour, they will add sour spray.
