Honestly, this location, (Navy Blvd in Pensacola,) is awful. I have never left a negative review in my whole life, but this place did it.
I've been here probably five or six times in the last couple months and every time I try and give them the benefit of the doubt and say "maybe it's just a bad day for them and this is an isolated issue!" But no, this place is habitually bad. (I'd also like to express I've only ever been here before work, so the opening shift, my review doesn't reflect the closing shift because I've never been there at that time.)
My biggest issue is the wait times. I've been left in the drive through for 10+ minutes , not being acknowledged at all when I know they are open. And that's assuming the drive through is even functioning at all which, it seems like sometimes they just close it for fun. Im not the only one with this issue, this Sonic location sucking in customer service is a well known joke at my workplace.
The customer service here is the worst I've ever seen in a business, and it's a shame because it's an amazing and convenient location, but despite that I'm legitimately never coming to this sonic again. I don't know who is in charge here but how they allow this type of work ethic and customer service is beyond me. The whole place needs a total new roster of employees. Go to the McDonald's or drowsy poet next door. Much more worth...

And on every visit (I am not exaggerating) I have been given back the wrong change... Every... Visit.... I have talked with the managers several times and it never does any good. On my next visit I get the wrong change. Last night my bill was $5.88. I gave the person $20.03. He gave me $9.58 change. ??? He said that's what the register told him to give me. I had to explain (several times) my change should be $14.15. He then gave me $15.25. So I corrected him (politely and sadly) again. To top it all off when I got home my milkshake was the wrong flavor. (Update 4 years later) it's been several years since I've been to this location (New Warrington rd.) Went last night my bill was $10.26...I tendered a $20 bill and was given $9.00 change. Read moreConsistently bad service, this is the second night Josh said something smart to us. When we said we were confused because the app showed delivered and so did the screen and then we waited a long time and they never answered the button so we were confused. Instead of just saying like oh I cleared it because of the timer or something like that he said uhhhh yeaaah because we had to cook your food in a tone to suggest that was how the system is supposed to work which is not correct. Then he said and besides you should be grateful you got the last ice cream we have for the night. Weird brag but ok. Then my drink was wrong again which consistently happens only at this Sonic. I could understand if it was unnecessarily complicated but it’s a diet cherry limeaid.
