Total liar. Terrible costumer service. I called to make sure he has the specific screen for my phone and he confirmed he did. 1st it took twice as long as he had promised me to get it done and I was in a time crunch while visiting Orlando for a conference. Gave my phone to me with clamps on it which he said needed to be on for another couple go hours, so couldn't even test my phone or check what he had done. Finally when the clamps came off, I realized he has installed a generic screen, not compatible with all the functions of my phone, let alone the messy job he had done on installing that screen. When messaged him about it, instead of acknowledging his lie, and delivery of a terrible job, he kept insisting that he had told me about it which was an absolute lie. I wasn't even offered any options as far as the screens. I asked for the original screen and he claimed he had it. Basically just lied over the phone to get my business. He finally did offer to bring the phone back so he can switch the screen to the correct one but only the screen he has installed is still unscratched, and also to charge me another $200 for it! Now I'm not sure how to do that when I live in a different state and don't think will be back in Orlando any time soon. I have to pay another $400 to fix his mess here!
Terrible service. Watch out to avoid getting rubbed off by these guys.

Read moreI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Cellphone Express Repairs in Kissimmee. My recent experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.
I brought in two iPads for repair, specifically for issues with the screen at pick it was an issue with the homebutton. Unfortunately, the service I received was far below my expectations. The first iPad was a complete waste of time, and for the second iPod touch, I was left waiting without clear communication or updates.
Additionally, I encountered concerning practices regarding payment. They claim that the payment was disputed my , and when I attempted to resolve this issue, the staff claimed there was a dispute. I contacted my bank immediately to verify that the payment had gone through, as my account had been deducted. However, the staff showed no willingness to listen or assist me in this matter, which felt both unprofessional and dismissive.
It is unacceptable that I had to take matters into my own hands by verifying a simple transaction, while the staff evaded the issue. This experience has not only wasted my time but also caused me undue stress.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve customer service in the future. Is a shame I to call the sheriff for something so stupid. It’s very easy to...
Read moreI would like to post this as a warning to some people. I had an 13 pro max that I had them fix the back glass, screen, and housing that goes around the phone. Immediately after getting the phone fixed I gave it to my nephew. I do not live in the area and got the phone fixed at the nearest location by my nephews house. The employee I spoke to and texted with knew this. The phone was okay for awhile but the camera lense fell out, the power button was stuck and it gave an alert that the battery was not an original iPhone battery. Mind you I did not have them touch the battery as it was at 90% life. I took the phone back to them and they said it was a motherboard issue. I said I didn’t want to spend anymore money on it and that I would pick it up. I admit fault in that it was 3-4 weeks before I went to pick it up but I was not aware that they dispose of the phones after 14 days. I had spoken with an employee and even exchanged text messages and they made no effort to tell me about this policy. His only excuse when I got there was that it was posted on a small sign on the counter. I do not want anything from this situation but for people to be aware of what I believe to be shady...
