Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Florida

Came in on a very slow day, fiancé and I were only 5 mins early for their 2:00 pm BOGO deal and the owner (I am assuming....female blonde with green highlights) proceeded to state we were too early for the BOGO deal (had a bad attitude). We ordered the largest size smoothies and yet still she charged us full price as opposed to giving us the deal. We could have just waited in the establishment or outside of it for five minutes but we assumed she was going to ring us up for the BOGO deal seeing how we received our drinks by 2pm but she charged $16 for them (full price). I am not someone who is opposed to paying full price...and I was unaware that this establishment even had such deals...it was our first time visiting the establishment and because of the bad taste our experience left in our mouths we will NOT be coming back. Our smoothies were mediocre at best. Customer service is...

Very disappointed.. went to get my daughter and i a smoothie while im 9 months pregnant. Bought 2 smoothies, a water but it wasn’t cold so i asked for a cup of ice. Lady stated she couldn’t give me a cup with JUST ice without charging me. No worries i get it thinking it would be $.99 or so but no she wanted to charge me another $10 for another smoothie when i JUST WANTED ICE FOR MY WATER. It’s 90 degrees out and im 9 months pregnant. I simply wanted cold water. I think this policy should change for PAYING customers. I’m not saying for someone who comes in just wanting ice and not paying for...

I’m wondering why if they are offering $4 small smoothies from 8-12, they charged me $4.26 plus tax for a total of $$4.56. False advertising!! I have been coming here for over a year and the service has declined tremendously. I love their smoothie options so I keep coming back but definitely disappointed with the overcharge. This is NOT the first time it has happened. They gave me some BS explanation about taxes. This time I asked for the receipt. Before they changed the register we had no issues with what we were charged. Perhaps management needs to review...
