I order an Acai bowl on the App from the Champion Gate Store #19201. I got a call from the delivery guy stating that he was unable to deliver my purchase due to a vehicle accident on the 547 and to contact the store for further information. I drove to the store after calling the number that was provided numerous times and did not get a response. When I went into the store I spoke with a Young man of Indian or middle eastern decent and explain the situation with my delivery not being made. I then proceeded to show him the message from the App. and asked for either my ordered Acai bowl or a refund. The young man then proceeded to tell me if I wanted another bowl I would have to pay for it and I wasn't able to get a refund because he personally made my bowl and he knows it was sent out with the delivery guy. I once again showed him the notification stating that the order was not completed. At this point he became agitated and seem not to know what to do. I asked him to call his store manager to let him know what the issue was. After waiting for 10 minutes he came back and angrily stated that the manager instructed him to make my bowl. He was so agitated I felt the need to watch him make my bowl in fear that he might do something to my order. It was a shame that I could not get a refund because I won't be giving Champaigns Gate Planet Smoothie Sore #19201 any further business. They all need to be retrained in customer service and how to respond when something happens and they're not sure how to handle the situation. 8/19/20 Horrible customer service.
Employee was very condescending. I had a coupon for $2 22oz smoothie for the Planet Smoothie 25th Bday promotion. The employee said she had no idea what promotion I was talking about and didn't know what I wanted her to do. She called her manager on the phone.
I tried to show her that the tablet laying on the store counter was advertising the exact same promotion, she kept putting her finger up at me to be silent.
