Horrible experience! If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my two teens here while on vacation. I thought they would enjoy the dueling piano atmosphere. We checked out the menu beforehand and were prepared to have a fun evening. We arrive at the location at 8:10 and approach the hostess to be seated. She looks at us and says NOTHING. So I proceed to say we need a table for three. She rolls her eyes and tells us there will be an hour wait. Okay, fine. Thatās to be expected in a touristy place like this. She slowly writes down our information, which includes my cell number so that she can call when our table is ready. We walk around for a few minutes, my phone in my hand the entire time. We stand in front of the restaurant at about 845 and wait. We watch countless people enter, but they are sitting at the bar, so I didnāt complain. We also see the hostess and she looks at us. She takes her list and goes inside and does appear to make some phone calls. Meanwhile my kids are starving at this point, as this is the day we arrived in town and hadnāt eaten since the morning when we began traveling. At 9:00, they began giving wristbands and charging a $5 covercharge. I see a sign that says after ten you must be 21 to be in there. Iām getting antsy at this point, because Iām there with two teens and itās obviously turning into a club scene. At 9:15 I approach the people at the door to ask how many more people are ahead of us. He checks with the female hostess who looks confused. She tells him to tell us that she called us already and we missed it. WHEN?!?! We were literally standing there 35 minutes! The āwait timeā was supposed to be an hour! Then another man says, āoh thereās a whole row of tables over here on the outside.ā This defeated the point of enjoying the piano players, but we were starving so we took those seats. We get seated and are give ONE sticky menu. Itās pitch dark and we canāt hear ANYTHING. I had to use my cell phone light to try to see to make sure it matched the one we found online. It did. We waitā¦in the dark⦠for our waiter. Heās friendly, thankfully. We tell him we already know what we want. So we order waters, the kids request wings and I order nachos. They donāt have wings, or chicken, or nachos. Huh?!? He tells my kids they can get shrimpā¦my daughter has seafood allergies. Iām really irritated at this point. He says he will go get the waters and give us a few minutes to look at the menu. Brings the waters back, but by this point, my daughter has said sheās going to check out the wait time at the pizza place around the corner for us. She calls and tells us no wait time there. I look for our waiter so I can pay for the three bottled waters and LEAVE! He comes over and tells us no worries and heās sorry we had a bad experience. I regret not getting his name because he was the only positive thing of the entire experience. I DID explain to him that my demeanor at that point was definitely not towards him, but from being hungry and frustrated with the unnecessary problems beforehand. I will NEVER return to...

We asked if this would be the case and the answer was no. Additionally, our waiter, Juval, just made snarky comments about the group size and not being on one check. I understand that this is more work and can be frustrating, but this is a part of the job. If you canāt do that then donāt serve. The original bill for my meal was $22 and some change. However, while Juval took our cards he took a very long time with them. Normally for a group our size it would take about 5-10 minutes to run the cards. It took 30 minutes which was strange. During that 30 minutes I received a credit card notification for $32+. There was no stated auto gratuity and normally there are fees associated with restaurants like these, but 40%+ in fees? When Juval returned the receipt that is normally itemized was gone and the new receipt just had the total run. I asked to see the original with the itemized total and he went to the back and did not return with that. He just brought a new receipt with a $25 total. I asked for a receipt of the refund on the other charge and was not provided that as he said they will finalize at the end of the night. After I said this, our entire party realized all of their bills had been inflated. Unapologetic and no explanation for the increased total. If your server is Juval, I would highly recommend asking for a new server. Never before have we ever seen this and ruined our dinner experience. As stated, I would be wary of coming to this establishment in regards to fraud, mid food, but the piano was great. The other male bartender also seemed to not want to be there at all & the service was also very bad . I hate feeling like Iām a burden at an establishment even WAYYY before the bar even is closed ? We got there around 12 & They started closing the bar at 1:30 & we were denied even SHOTS before 1:40 no last call or anythingā¦. MIND YOU we were soo extra nice to the staff to try to make up for their negative attitudes, tipped very well & they still wouldnāt let us order WAYYY before they closed⦠no warning or last call either.
