My 25 yr old daughter and her two friends went in to have a daiquiri. The girls struck up a conversation with a group of ladies (the only other patrons) while they decided what to order. Out of nowhere the middle aged blonde woman, Misty, mentioned in SEVERAL other bad reviews, walked over to them and kicked them out. The other patrons were confused and disgusted at what she had done for no apparent reason. The security guard also said that he didnāt have any idea why she did that. She has āmajor mood swingsā and that it would be best to leave. My daughter left without her debit card. I went back to retrieve it for her because she was so disturbed by what had happened and didnāt want to face this woman. When I went back she told me she didnāt have it. I then walked out on the patio to call my daughter. While I was on the phone, Misty came out and said in a very aggressive and hostile way that the girls were kicked out before they had ordered any drinks and she didnāt have it. She then said to me ā I had security kick them out and I can have security come and do the same with you.ā I literally was on the phone with my daughter talking in a normal voice doing nothing else. So I said gladly, call security because I am doing nothing but trying to retrieve a debit card. She then started yelling for security. Security showed up, she aggressively says āthis lady says I have her daughters card, I donāt have it, so I donāt know why she is still on my patio.ā This woman has been mentioned many times in bad reviews yet she still works there. So I am sure, just like the other reviews, I will get a generic response and nothing will happen. If you decide to pop in and see a middle aged blonde woman behind the bar, I would turn around and go get a daiquiri somewhere else. This explains the reason why no one was there the entire time I was there. I have NEVER in my 50 years of life EVER encountered this kind of āserviceā situation. I cannot believe this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've lived in New Orleans, so when I saw Fat Tuesday's Daquiris in Sandestin so close to where I was staying I was so excited! The first two bartenders who served us were great! However, when my husband returned to the bar for another round at about 10:45 another bartender had come on. He walked in slamming the door, caught attitude with my husband about paying with a card, and proceeded to scream cash only to the entire bar. He was not only rude, but he also made our drinks with what was apparently tequila instead of vodka (It was not clear liquor. It was golden colored, and obviously that means it wasn't vodka) even though the special of the night specified an extra Ketel One vodka shot with a 7oz daiquiri. The first two bartenders were fantastic as I said, but after my husband dealt with the last bartender we left. I was honestly super disappointed. The first two people we dealt with were amazing at their job, but for me when someone else new comes on and ruins the atmosphere by being what appeared to be mad to be at their job it really ruins my evening. We have both worked in the service industry for years, and I really hate to leave a review like this, but I'm on vacation and don't get very many nights to enjoy myself sans children, and that guy ended our evening on an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible customer service. we tried it out on $5 Margarita Monday and it was great, the women told us about their $2 Tuesday deal so we were excited to return the next day. We showed up at 8:10pm and there was a long line but we knew it would be worth it. We got to the guy about 15 after and he tells us the "deal ended at 8", confused we ask why that's not posted anywhere. He points to the wall and says "yeah look it says deals exclude holidays'. Confused, we questioned him again, because as far as we know March 27 is not a holiday. He responds, "well this week is spring break so that's a holiday." We asked why we got the Margarita Monday deal if that was the case and he just shrugged and asked if we planned on ordering or not. I work in the bar industry and I'm convinced he was making it up because he can't make tips on $2 drinks, but he didn't need to be a...
