I visit the 9 mile road store about 3 times a week and it is always great. Friday 7/21/23 I ordered a smoothie that just wasn't quite right and I didn't realize it until I got to work. First chance I got I called them and the young woman that answered the phone was so nice and understood. I don't usually call and complain but this is a meal replacement so I really wanted my smoothie. 😊 I had actually gotten this smoothie at a lesser price because of rewards, so I felt even worse calling but she took care of it without hesitation! There was training going on. Things happen! I didn't get her name but thank you so much!!!!! I want to also add that customer service is fantastic. Everyone that I have encountered is always smiling and courteous and has helped me figure out the menu while on this "get fit" journey!!!!!! Thanks...
Read moreThe young woman at the register kept rushing me to order. I mentioned to my daughter that I might get a particular smoothie and the cashier demanded to know if that was what I wanted. After I had already told her I was still deciding and wasn't even looking at her. There was no one else in line. Also, I asked for a sample cup of the leftover for my little girls and they give me two empty cups. I asked again and the guy gave me the leftover for one drink (1 sample cup) but poured the other drink leftover down the drain. He kept saying he had no idea what I was talking about. This was my first time at this smoothie king but I go to the one on Airport a lot. I will never go to this one again! TERRIBLE...

I saw one employee grab the tip jar and started to counting the money that was in it.
