Smoothie King — Restaurant in Florida

PLS do not go to the Smoothie King!! We ordered drinks from there last night and my healthy 25 year old future son in law ended up in ER with Afib RVR due to caffeine overload 😢 He only drank part of his drink when he started feeling weird and his heart was racing. I have called and left message and ask for a call back to discuss and called and ask to speak to manager only to be put on hold and no one answered after holding for 10+ minutes 😢 If I can save anyone else from going thru what we have went thru the past 24 hours I am praying this review helps! The young lady was wearing no gloves, no mask, and literally handed me our smoothies grasping it by the lid...during a freaking pandemic. As I was approaching this location, one of the employees decided to start his BMW with an excessively loud exhaust system on it. It was so loud that it actually popped my left eardrum, and now my left ear is ringing and hurting when I went inside to tell the staff the employee was still working. He thought it would be a good idea to start his car and leave it running while he was inside. Still working this? I cannot understand the unprofessionalism of this location.
