Saks OFF 5TH — Local services in Miramar Beach

Reviewing this local store my wife and I frequent since I can not easily review the website.

I bought my wife $200 Athletic Propulsion Labs sneakers around a week ago and gave them to her last night for Valentine's day. Shoes are currently $60 cheaper at several websites including Bloomingdales and Lululemon. Sak's price adjustment policy has way too many restrictions to be useful. Instead of refunding me the $60 and saving me and my wife as customers, I now need to return this pair of shoes and buy elsewhere in order to save the $60. Additionally, I noticed the return label Sak's finally sent me will also charge me another $10 for return shipping. I expected better from a store like Sak's and will not be returning.

There are many other designer/luxury stores that provide much better customer service in the Destin Commons/Silver Sands/Grand Boulevard area. I'll make it a point to begin shopping at those stores which make me feel much more valued...

Joined email last Spring and was supposed to get a 20 dollar credit to use in store and I went to Sandestin to your store and tried to use it when I purchased several items and the worker told me that was just discontinued. Plenty of deals to find in this mini department store outlet including a clearance section in fine jewelry. Men's dept. is upstairs where I found some excellent deals on shoes and sport coats. Check this store out for purses, dresses, evening wear, sunglasses, lingerie, and hats before going to individual stores in Silversands in Miramar Beach.
