Smoothie King — Restaurant in Florida

Hate this location!!! Always find a way to piss me off and mess up my order. Today was the last time I'll ever go there!!! My smoothie taste like they forgot how to make it!!!

(Response to the owner) On my first visit to this location, I had enough points for a free smoothie reward through the smoothie king app. It happened to be on a Friday when you had the $5-$6 deals for smoothies, and after scanning my points and charging me for two smoothies I realized something was wrong because I didn't have any "Free" smoothie on the receipt. It was then, when the employee decided to advise me that I could not use my points together with the Friday discount. I asked him if my point will still be charged and he said no. Walked out of the store, checked my points, and boom....they weren't in my account anymore! Had to go through the ordeal of contacting corporate to get my point back. Im a loyal Smoothie King costumer, so I decided to give this location a second chance, big mistake! I walked in and ordered a "chocolate hulk" (my usual) for me and a strawberry one for my girlfriend. Upon exiting the store I give my smoothie a try and honestly it tasted like cheap chocolate shake from a regular shake place. My girlfriend's shake was fine though.....revenge?......maybe! 🤔 I never had issues in any other location. They all make our shakes really good and have a good experience overall except on this one. Specially at the location in Orlando near SeaWorld, those guys really know their stuff, and excellent costumer service! Best tasting smoothie king ever over there!!! I’m a fan of smoothie king and this one was on my way home and I have to say, it was the worst smoothie I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 small strawberry gladiators with bananas and one with enhancers. When I got the smoothies and asked which one has enhancers she proceeded to say “this one” grabbed one and then added the enhancer after smoothie was made. It tasted like water and banana, color of smoothie was also off white.

I expressed my concern and they told me that that’s what the gladiator taste like if I only add banana… I have had gladiator dozens of times from many locations and this had not ONE hint of strawberry. I asked for new smoothies and she just put both smoothies in the same blender forgetting that one had enhancers and just added fresh strawberries… EVEN with the strawberries it tasted like watered down bananas. I hate to cause a fuss but I just accepted it and left.. they lied to my face, made countless mistakes and not admit that they didn’t use strawberry gladiator.. I had to dump the smoothie shortly after. Keep in mind that this is a small, the strawberry gladiator should be much more apparent in the small size.. first and last time this location...

This place is going downhill with their customer service . I walked in today at 4:50 pm and there was nobody at the front . I waited for like two minutes and a woman in her early 20’s comes out with a long face of unhappiness . I say hi and she stays quiet . I said hi again and she remains quiet. She then rolls her eyes and asked me if I had ordered ( knowing full well I just walked in ) I said no . I proceeded to order and said I want an Angel Food smoothie but Kids size which I have ordered at other Smoothie Kings before . She then proceeds to tell me that would be a waste of money . I said what is so difficult about my order?? I asked for her name and she said Alexa . I don’t know if it’s true or not but it was a very uncomfortable interaction.
