I had a terrible experience at this location. Staff and owner were extremely rude and gave us attitude after we explained the following concerns: The Menu nor the staff didn’t specify the amount of items that were in the order which caused us to order an excessive amount of food. Once it was brought to the owners attention, he said he couldn’t do anything about it (which in my opinion, he could’ve accommodated us considering we just spent an unnecessary amount of money on the same exact food item). One of the staff continued to make comments to her colleague about us while we were eating and the owner came to us to specify that they don’t bring food to their guest after he offered to pack it for us since we obviously couldn’t eat all of it. ( in my opinion, it was the least they could’ve done due to the inconvenience). Over all, I did not like the experience. The food wasn’t even great. Expensive. Terrible service. Very dissapointed. A true lifesaver! We were looking for something healthy to eat late at night and honestly thought we wouldn’t find anything open. Luckily, we stumbled upon this place and it was the best decision we could’ve made. The food was not only delicious but also light, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and put care into every dish on the menu. On top of that, the service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. To our surprise, they even gave us a 15% discount without us asking, which was such a kind gesture and deeply appreciated. In a world where great customer service is becoming rare, it’s refreshing to find a place that still values the customer experience. Every time I order from here there is an issue. Ordered from app. App not sending order to restaurant. (Kendall) had to wait. Ordered several times (crossings) always something not right. Order never right. Came in to pick up an order and it wasn’t made. No chicken. Ordered from Crossings location on the app. Arrived at 6pm Saturday to pick up and it’s closed. Light off nobody there. Called Kendall to see if they could make the order there. Kid that answers phone says “uhh no we can’t do that” maybe you should ask whoever is in charge. The order I placed today was about $20 bucks. Keep the twenty bucks. I’ll never eat or order from any of your locations again.
