They do not greet you when you walk up, do not even have the courtesy to acknowledge your presence as you wait to simply pay. Then after you put your money on the counter and knock on the glass to let them know you are simply leaving your money for payment that’s when they acknowledge you and have an attitude because you knocked on the glass, this is too much! Then the older guy tells me with hand gestures in the air don’t knock like that, no you need to be out of business for not knowing how to run a business. You are not a 5 star restaurant and should appreciate the customers that are trying your food truck for the first time! The food was amazingly delicious. I got the Latina as it sounded great with its chicken pineapple and bacon. From the first bite to last, it was enjoyed. The pizza is thin and put into a wood fire oven. I felt it gives the food a very unique and distinctive taste that other places can't capture with gas ovens. The toppings covered the whole pizza, and we're very generous and tasted fresh. Most importantly, it was cooked thoroughly without getting gross and crispy. Nice little char at the bottom.
