I ordered 2 ginger shots and a dragonfruit bowl, a total shame, the 2 shots were literally water and just a little bit of root extract and a lot of water, and my bowl was only a few pieces of pineapple and some slices of strawberries, no coconut shaves, some seeds on top, very.liquid, before it used to be thicker and was up.to the top of the container, no banana, they asked me if I wanted honey, they were charging me 75 cents for honey, unbelievable, I said no, the bow had no flavor at all, terrible, I feel they robed me, very, extra expensive, I'm willing to pay for it, I did it before, but for an excellent product, it's a shame, I immediately called the manager and told her about my terrible experience, I drink 1 shot of ginger every day and know exactly how it looks and tastes. Shame, shame on this business. I'm giving one star because basically nothing I paid for was good.
I'm reviewing again one day after, I called and spoke to manager "Yjayja", who expressed how sorry she was for my experience and she will be glad to fix it for me, I brought with me the 2 watery shots and showed them to her, she tossed them in the garbage, and then she made the bowl again and gave me my 2 ginger shots, unfortunately the experience leave you with a bitter taste, thinking that unfortunately some employees don't take very seriously their jobs, I don't know what's the reason this person didn't do his job the way it is, I would never get to know, it could be dangerous if you are getting the wash that come from the machine when you are cleaning it, because I got there at the moment when they were cleaning it, and that is scary, especially for the owner who could get in trouble if someone gets sick, I would watch a little more what my employees are doing in my business. I honestly don't know if I would come back, I see there's a lack of control of what an employee could do, and that is not good.

It was my first time, so I asked what was their best smoothie and the cashier replied "all" ....to make sense of her I asked again "which one was their most common smoothie?" and the cashier replied "they all are"....ok so I just ordered one. While I was ordering my smoothie a lady walked in and after briefly looking at the menu said that she was going to the restroom. One employee shouted "It's for buying customers only". The lady replied, "I will buy, but I really need to go now please..." the employee replied "you have to buy first"....
I would have left the store at that moment! But the poor lady ordered, you could clearly see she needed to go, then she was allowed to use the restroom. When I was given my smoothie the cup was not filled to the top, it was missing about 1 1/2" and the blender still had some left...when the employee was about to throw the rest of the smoothie into the sink, I told her "hey I would hate to see that wasted, can you put it inside my cup?" (The not full cup)....the employee replied, "no I cannot give the extra..." I replied, "I am not asking for any extra or another cup, I am only asking to fill my cup with the smoothie that I paid and you are going to throw away" she then replied, "no I cannot, my boss is there and I will literally get in trouble if I give the extra" I replied one last time, "please look at the cup, it's not full yet and you will throw away it's remaining" she replied again "nop, I'm sorry"....
I will not buy again nor recommend. Customer service is not their priority and judging by the nervous face of the girl, you can tell that the owner(s) treat...
