There was only one barista working and she was turning down customers because she "didn't know how" to make certain drinks. She had no idea how to prepare the seasonal drinks because it was her first day from training. First of all, if you've completed training, you should know how to prepare your drinks. I've worked in customer service for so many years and I was really shocked that she did not even apologize, offer customers if they wanted something else, or call someone for help, just simply "I don't know how to do that."
