Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

I used to love this Starbucks. They had a huge turn over in staff and now you don’t get greeted or even smiled at. I hate places that act like your a problem when you are their source of income. Additionally, when you get a iced Venti anything you are supposed to get more drink than ice. I feel like it’s now like a bar. That’s uncalled for. I’ve ordered light ice before and the drink doesn’t even come to the top. I was like, “seriously”. Starbucks franchise owner....have secret shoppers and train staff. It has progressively gotten worse. Even if you are Starbucks you can close. I’ve seen it happen. For now on, I’ll take the extra time and go into target Starbucks....you’ll get treated better and drinks...

Everything was awesome 💯 except the response from the actual Store manager When requesting a simple cup of ice with our paid purchase of the tea.

When it's 90 degrees outside, the last thing I want is a hot cup of tea..

Cooling my tea is a normal thing.

I'm not bashing here, simply responding to cold behavior to cool off my otherwise hot tea.

Don't go here! My hot cocoa (how easy is that to make?) tasted like hot water with a hint of MAYBE... POSSIBLY some small taste of chocolate... and my friend said that his macchiato somethingerother didn't taste anything like it was supposed to. On top of that, while ordering and then waiting for the order, one girl begins the counter kept yelling that they were closing and LOCKING THE DOORS in 15, then 10, then 5 mins. We had no intention on staying inside, but there was a group that was sitting down that she was clearly, rudly, directing her loud announcement to. Just pick...
