I love coffee and usually order delivery because work keeps me busy. Last week I had a little extra time and my coworkers and I placed an online order and I went to pick it up. It was 3 drinks. I went to the pick up area. I noticed some drinks in the counter but they were not in a carrier or bag so I didn't think it was my order. There was a you female employee getting cups and she completely ignored the fact that I was there, the drive through employee walked towards me, looks at me, grabbed something from under the counter and didn't bothernto ask if I needed help. Finally I asked the girl for my order. First she said that she didn't have any orders under the name I mentioned. And suggested that I probably ordered at another location. Wrong, I had the receipt with the right address and the name in order. Then she comes to the counter and read one of the cups ...and said " you just have to read the name" in a very condescending tone. I look at the other drinks and replied those were mine too. I had to ask her for a carrier, she seemed bothered so she grabbed one and slided through the counter. I ended up putting all the drinks in. Let me also mention that at the time I went in, I was the only person picking up coffee. She was rude and entitled. I have never had a bad experience in any Starbucks but that day I was reminded why I go to and order from family own, small...
Read moreFood and drinks are always great at this Starbucks! Some of the staff not so great! I am very disappointed in the attitude/rudeness from a few. This morning is just an example of how I was insulted in what a staff member believed to be her job and her way of speaking to a customer. I came into this Starbucks as I do 3-4 days a week to pick up my mobile order. I had been advised when I come in that I would need to go to the front register to order a small pup cup for my puppy waiting in my car patiently and with no problem as I was still waiting on my mobile order, although yet with my tip in hand as I always have, as I don't expect anything for free, I was sadly insulted by a staff member I believe her name was Kassandra, she asked me if I ordered anything? Keep in mind its not question but the way she asked it was very insulting and disrespectful. I do believe she has been this store for a while as I have spoken with several times in past as I would come in and pick up my mobile order. Read moreOrdered through the app at 9:02 am and when I got to the speaker at 9:10 I was scolded by some kid for showing up too soon for my order! I was told next time I need to place my order earlier. I said, “I don’t understand. How is it any different than ordering at the speaker?” I gave them extra time to prepare my order but was fussed at for showing up! I pulled up to the window and waited...I could hear them talking about my drinks. Suddenly I was told to go park (after being called “darlin”) and they would “bring it right out”. I was not happy and wish I’d asked for my money back. I sat there for ten minutes at least and finally went inside to cancel my order. Either they’d been talking about me or I had a look on my face because the girl knew who I was as she handed my order over and said she was just on her way out to my car.
