I frequent Starbucks just as much as the next coffee drinker. The location is what keeps bringing me back. The service is so disappointing. I’m not sure if it is lack of employees or lack of training. Maybe both? I am writing this review in high hopes that it will make an impact as this is the closest location. The wait times in the drive thru for fast coffee is horrible. I have waited almost 30 minutes before. Today I waited about fifteen minutes to get from the speaker box to the window. After paying I continued to sit another 5 plus minutes. The employee said NOTHING after payment as I waited. Walked around, talked with other employees and did not apologize for the wait or assured me my drink was coming up. She finally tried to hand me the completely WRONG drink. I firmly told her that was not my drink. At this point I had been waiting 20 plus minutes since I ordered. She then asked if my order was what I actually ordered. I said, yes and she handed it to me right away. She literally let me sit there while my drink and food were there the whole time. Again no apology. Nothing. When you’re paying $7 for a coffee you really do expect top notch service. I spent many years in the service industry. I know how the grind is and I know how important providing quality service is especially if you’re asking for a tip. When I worked in corporate restaurants and we would get past certain ticket times we just began comping meals to make customers happy. They never offer to just take care of it when they have ridiculously long ticket times. If you go through chick fil a and they mess up anything or you wait too long, they immediately will apologize and just give you freebies for the next time. That’s how it should be. If you’re providing service that slow, don’t even wait for the customer to complain. Just take care of them! It will go such a long way and the customer will feel much more confident coming back, because they...
Read moreI visit this Starbucks at least 3x a week and never once had an issue until today. I was sitting in the lounge going over some things for work and talking on the phone with a coworker. When a Starbucks employee approached me asking if I was okay? I answered saying yes thank you and she left. She came back again pretending to clean around me and was giving me weird looks and I stared back for a hot minute then went back to work.
She approaches me a 3rd and ask if I was still doing alright and I again said yes but was getting irritated. Mind you there was other people around me that she hasn’t spoken to or even looked at.
4th time she approaches me saying sir unfortunately the lounge are for paying customers only, if you’re not going to order you have to leave.
THIS pissed me off because I know I spent hundreds of dollars at this location alone let alone countless others that I go to.
I explained to her that I was waiting on my coworkers/ friends to give me their order. But why do you need to know that? Why do you keep bothering me in particular? The other ppl around me hasn’t ordered anything ether but you choose to pick on me?
If I wasn’t on this work call with my coworkers I would have you told her off but instead I calmly grabbed the drinks I already ordered for myself and left.
Only reason I’ll be returning is to have a one on one conversation with a manager at this location for how I was treated and...
Read moreWhen this location originally opened, the original manager was Noelle. She was amazing. Your coffee was consistent, the line moved in approp wait times and the staff was amazing. (Mason, Adrianna the best). However over the past few weeks, the wait times are unacceptable, your drink is extremely inconsistent, with the majority of the time WRONG and not consumable. We pay a lot of money for these drinks, specifically attending Starbucks for the unique drinks. Since Mason and Noelle have been promoted, this location is subpar. What disturbs me the most is I brought this issue to the team leads attention. He shrugs his shoulders with no concern for your complaint. Most other Starbucks would have immediately ask how they could make it better, OR offer something to replace the inconveniences you have been experiences. Yeah not this team lead. I'm eager to see if the Starbucks in the newly built Target, just in front of the mentioned Starbucks above will be any better. And if so, my guess will be this Starbucks will take a decline. My next step is to notify corporate. Perhaps they will pay attention more when corporate gets involved!...
