Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in Wesley Chapel

Was very busy, we sat at the bar! We understand good customer service especially being a regular but these bartenders talked talked talked wayyy too much to their regulars and was not attentive to others who had questions or wanted to order! We finally ordered, the blooming onion was delicious as always, we ordered a ribeye medium well and we waited and waited and waited for our food and the couple next to us got their food 1st and they came in wayyyy after us and then someone from the kitchen tries to hand us a to go bag and says here is your to go order. We we're like we did not have a to go order, the bartender finally comes over and I tell them why did the couple next to us get their food 1st and why the kitchen is trying to give us a to go order. She went back to check on our order and comes back with our food after 1hr, the steak is sooooo overcooked, too well done, so not happy! She FINALLYYYYY comes back to check on us after interrupting her conversations with the regulars and I tell her the steak is beyond well done and she apologized and said we can make u another one, I stated we are starving and will NOT wait for another steak! She did take it off the bill. Just was really disappointed with the customer service at this location! And the kitchen needs to know how to cook a steak correctly! Probably will not come back to...

Special shout-out to the manager of this establishment. First experience with her, i showed up with 15 of my friends an hour and a half before close (no reservation). she accommodated us with seating and made sure to give us excellent service the entire night. she was very personable and compassionate. i could see the positive relationships she had even with her employees. to top that off, i received a free dessert. my second experience with her was when i took 9 friends and family to celebrate my last round of chemo. again, no reservation. (i know, i need to start planning these things ahead) she was once again able to accommodate us with great seating and great service the entire evening. i told her my story and she showed extreme empathy. she decided to gift me a free dessert again. she’s top notch in all aspects. not only hospitality and customer service, but as a person. she’s very genuine and i hope that she’s given credit for the hard work that she visibly puts towards keeping the outback one of the nicest places to eat in chapel.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Outback location! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Our server, Brandon, truly made our visit exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and had a great attitude, but what really stood out was his sense of humor! He kept us laughing throughout our meal, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He checked on us regularly without being intrusive and made some excellent recommendations. His service was top-notch and really enhanced our dining experience.

Beyond the great service, I have to rave about the burger I ordered. It was cooked perfectly to my specifications – juicy, flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. Honestly, it was one of the best burgers I've had in a while! My family also enjoyed their meals, but the burger was definitely the standout for me.
