We were greeted when we entered and told that we could only have two samples per person. This was before we asked for anything or started looking at flavors. I could understand limiting someone if they were asking for sample after sample, but to tell people as they come in the door is a little off-putting. There are 32 flavors. Apparently if you want to sample three of them, you aren't allowed. The ice cream was pretty good overall. The shop was clean except for a sticky spot on the floor here and there (which is totally expected in an ice cream shop). The sundaes were a little pricy, but the scoped ice cream was pretty reasonably priced.

Stopped to get some ice cream and ended up paying $20+ for 3 small scoops of ice cream, absolutely overpriced for what we got. The employee was nice and the business was clean but we should have gone to Publix and taken some back to our hotel. They also charged us a .74 cent fee for "Not using cash" (Do you not make enough money off of the ice cream?) The sizes of the cups were also inconsistent. Will not return.

Fun Place! Two employees at this location and they were very helpful. Samples on a mini spoon upon request. Upon our arrival to Panama City after our wonderful dinner at J Michael’s, our girls wanted ice cream. We decided to try Sweet Cone Alabama. Which did not disappoint. We were in there about 7:30pm on the 28th. ( Saturday night ). A few minutes after we entered a mass amount of people came. There were already two groups in front of us. Just want to say to the owner that the young girl running the store completely by herself did an amazing job. She should’ve had some help with her. As a business owner obviously I understand, this is not a busy time of year but just wanted to recognize that she handled herself very well. Ice cream was amazing. My wife and girls loved it. We visit Panama City Beach very often because of my wife’s parents living here, we will...

We stayed at Laketown Wharf and decided to walk across the lake for some ice cream on our last night of vacation. I am so glad we did! This was the best place to get ice cream (we tried two other places before).

They also have candies and chocolates for sale, but we didn’t try any of those this time. There were lots of flavors of ice cream. I got the banana pudding and the mint moose tracks. Oh my goodness, it was delicious!

The staff was very friendly and patient with all eight of us trying to choose our flavors and sampling lots. The portion sizes are generous. We’ll definitely be back and next time I’d like to try some...
