This was the highlight of our entire vacation! We originally had a tour booked for July first and when we showed up at the marina it started to storm. The captain was so patient and waited it out for as long as possible with us. We decided it wasn't going to let up so they were able to get us in on the morning of July 4th. Our captain made my girls feel very comfortable at jumping in the water. He had this " ain't no big deal!" Calm attitude that my girls needed because if they overthink things they chicken out! On the day we went out the dolphins were scarce and it felt like they were hiding from us. Our captain made every effort to try to find them for us and towards the end we did! What an amazing experience! We swam with two different pods. One had around 7 dolphins and the other around 10. Both pods had babies with them! My middle daughter had a dolphin swim straight towards her face and then dove underneath her when it was 3 feet away. She said it was awesome! My oldest daughter had one run its back along her foot. We saw an eagle ray and several black tip sharks as well. It takes a lot to impress teenagers but the mission was accomplished! The best part of the outing was seeing how happy and excited the captain was to see us experiencing everything and sharing in what they love. My girls want to do this again next year and we won't book this with...

We booked this cruise on a Friday morning at 10:00 with Dru. He was a very knowledgeable captain and he got us on dolphins early in our trip. He made a point to try to get us in the water with wild dolphins while still respecting the wild life we encountered. We were on a tour of 5 people total and we all got in the water with dolphins nearby. Next, Dru took us to snorkel In a beautiful spot with several different species of fish. Lastly, we completed a short hike over Shell Island and were able to cool off in the waves and search for shells. We felt incredibly safe the entire trip and Dru did an amazing job educating us on the local wildlife. He created a very welcoming, laid back, and comfortable environment. We enjoyed this tour so much that we booked a private charter tour with Dru on another day of our trip. That’s how incredible this experience was for us! There are tons of options when choosing a dolphin tour, but no one else compares to Captain Dru. He knows the area and he’s patient enough to get his groups in the perfect spot to see dolphins. The owner, Captain Lorraine was also very friendly and helpful when booking this tour

All I’m all the best dolphin cruise I’ve ever taken, and I’ve taken 7 other tours before...

March 5, 2021. In Seacrest Beach for our 20th anniversary. We decided to go out to Shell Island by way of the shuttle from St. Andrews. They failed to mention on the website that they didn't start the shuttles for another two weeks. We tried to find a private company and after a few failures, we got in contact with Dolphin and Snorkel. They were great. Though it was last minute and we couldn't schedule online, the lady I spoke to was great and found a way to get us on a boat at 4 pm. We had a great time! Captains Race and Brayden were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and you could tell they really wanted us to enjoy ourselves. We were with another couple and they took the time to ask us what we were hoping for on our tour and made sure we saw it to the best of their ability. Set a nice island vibe with the music. Explained some the history of the island and the way the reasons why the dolphins loved this spot. I highly recommend them as captains and Dolphin and Snorkel as a company. I much prefer the smaller boat to the larger ones. I definitely want to bring my daughters when we come back, I think it's great for couples or the...

AMAZING! the kids are still talking about it! It was a few hundred bucks for the private tour, but after being there and seeing the other BIG boats full of people, I knew this was the RIGHT CHOICE AND WELL WORTH IT. The sights and activities were personalized for what we wanted to see, and it did not disappoint! Not even a little. Loraine was super knowledgeable of the area, the wildlife and put us on an amazing display of dolphins (50, 60 or more! It was a lot!), jumping and playing! On the ride home she put us on the beach where we were able to feed the "wild" St.Andrews deer as all of the big boat passengers watched us. The whole deer faimply came out, 5 of them! It Was So Cool! Even though there was a recent storm, causing the visibility in the water to be a bit low, it was worth every penny. They got up and personal with Sea Urchin, Sand Dollars, Star Fish and another really big shelled critter (I don't remember the name, but here is a picture). We got to see some amazing things, learn some cool stuff, and would never miss the occasion to do it again, the next time we are in town.
