Panama Beach Service — Attraction in Upper Grand Lagoon

We were extremely unhappy with the beach service at Seachase Condominiums this past week. We were moved from chair to chair multiple times. Umbrellas removed in bad weather and never put back up after weather cleared. Rude treatment from a female employee, who seemed confused each day that we had returned to the same chairs? One day that chairs weren’t set up at all! Everyone around us was disgruntled and unhappy. She wouldn’t move umbrellas to block sun. We were told that we could t get help due to condos having assigned chairs and being purchased by the year at a discount, in other words we don’t rate as worthy as “ full paying customers. This poor girl needs to be in a different line of work. Most days she isn’t at her post and she hides frequently below the counter. We have been coming to the beach for 30+ years and I have never experienced the trouble with a beach chair rental that I...

The guy actually renting the chairs at Moonspinner was awesome. His boss not so much. He got his clip board out and went chair to chair with a 3rd degree. How long will you be here, why did you get charged the price you did with a discount. I was told what I owed and I paid it. I don't know reason for a discount. I rented 3 sets of chairs. Brought his pickup over by the chairs and left it running so we could all smell the fumes. Chairs a life saver tho. May do it again next year

The worst customer service! 4 days for 2 chairs was $170. 2 of the days they wouldn’t let us have an umbrella up because the wind was 6mph, I checked the speed. The service up the beach had all their umbrellas up. Was told they do their own thing.
