Seychelles — Local services in Florida

We were promised our room # 504 would be ready by 4:00 PM , after driving 1100 miles we had to wait out in the heat with luggage on the public balcony, while they were still cleaning our room at 4:30 PM. Once we finally got into the room, we found hair on the floor, the furniture dirty, the remotes for the TV's were missing batteries, there were 4 remote controls to operate 1 TV, and there were no instructions on how to operate the 4 remote controls. The room balcony was filthy. Only 2 of the 3 elevators were working so we had long waits for the elevator. The front desk staff in the Seychelles check in area did not know the meaning of customer service. I would give them a zero. We have been going to PC Beach since 1998 and this was our worst experience. We would not book with Vacasa ever again. We have called the Customer Service line several times trying to talk to a supervisor, only to be told that there is never a supervisor available. We have noticed a significant reduction in the condition of the facility and the hospitality of the front desk staff since being taken...

Room 1709 had a beautiful view and nicely decorated but it got cold at night in November with only 2 sheets as a top covering on the beds. The pillows were too soft. The floors were filthy. Keep your shoes on if staying here or your feet will be disgusting in just an hour of walking around. The light obove the mirror in the 2nd bathroom did not work. And last but not least the only working direct phone line is all Spanish. Sorry PCB is in the United States not Mexico! I speak English. I was trying to call to get the floors cleaned and the light fixed so I could put my make up on in private with proper lighting. Unit 1701 is where we stayed. Has BY FAR been the worst vacation ever due to the state of the condo unit and absolutely NO help from Vacasa management team. No curtains in master suite along with an unsleepable bed have made nights here horrible. When I say unsleepable I mean the bed is so broken (frame it self) so bad that I have had to use a car jack from my car to prop the one side of the bed up and sleep in it sideways. Master bathroom shower is so back up it’s unusable as well. Contacted vacasa multiple times and visited the office in first floor but 3 days later and none of the issues have been fixed!!! Their customer service has been next to nothing and they have forever lost me...
