Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

CHECK ALL OF YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW! Im only writing this because this time they have taken it way too far. Tonight there was no long line therefore you’d think that they would give you a nice warm meal. Sometimes I get charged for steak chalupas and end up eating chicken. I checked multiple things I had ordered just to make sure they had my order correct, turns out I ended up getting an almost empty chalupa that looks disgusting, Nearly made me throw up the other one I had eaten prior to finding it. I feel sick to my stomach and disrespected to the fullest extent of the word. It sickens me how much society has changed, how no one wants to work therefore they decide to make customers pay for whatever they have going on personally. They really think it’s game to play with peoples food who rightfully paid for what they ordered and I get it we all go through things but you really shouldn’t be in this industry if you’re going to be doing stuff like this. I hope whoever did this gets the same treatment one day or gets slapped with the empty nasty chalupa in the face the same way I pictured myself...

The worst Taco Bell I’ve been to (I may or may not go to Taco Bell often). Anyway, I’m always on the go and have my dogs with me in the car, so I always drive through. When I pulled up, there was a handwritten note saying “cash only sorry”. So I say never mind and exit, then I realize that I can order/pay through the app and just pick it up (90% of the time, I order through the app). So I order and go through again. They can’t find my order and say it was posted to the store, so I have to go inside. At this point I’m annoyed. He says never mind, just pull up to the window, so I did. There he asks if I can park up front. There are NO cars behind me and the only thing I order was 1 burrito and a soda (one of the meal deals). So I pull up and decide to just suck it up and go in. He handed me my to-go bag and looked very confused as I continued to wait, I mentioned my drink (at that point he could’ve just handed me a cup since I’m inside the store) but he goes back to the drive through window (still no other cars there by the way) to get my drink. Comes back asks what I wanted, Pepsi. He goes, comes back and asks...

today 03/28/2025 around 1:45pm. i placed my orders and i got the order wrong. i had asked for extra beef, extra rice, pico and grilled on my double beef burrito and none of the EXTRAS were added. I brought it to miguel (manager on duty) he said to me it’s all there. I immediately thought that this guy thinks that i am dumb or Blind. after opening the thin worthless burrito, he took it from my hands and slammed it in a trash can next to him. this guys has 0 customer service experience. i asked him to do it exactly how i have ordered it and the burrito came back worse than the first one. it’s not about the burrito how was made. it’s about his attitude and lack of respect to customers.
