Burger King — Restaurant in South Miami

Food is great but coming here for many years, people and staff have disappointed me. Today was an important day, my sister’s birthday, turning 10. I wished to go to Burger King with my family to have fun, mind you I’m 17 5’6 190lbs my second sisters being 11 and almost the same measurements. There was a blond lady with 3 children, didn’t look like her own, playing in the playground among with us having fun and such. She procedes to go home but before that, she went to the counter assuming she would be ordering some more things. The lady leaves and a blond staff worker comes in. She says and i quote,”who was the adult that was playing in the play ground”. Ok I get confused then I would think she was talking about me, again I’m 17, not an adult. So I point at myself and she proceeds to say, “ Um… there are no adults allowed to play in the play ground”. I told her,” I’m no adult,” and she proceeded to look my 11 year old sister( not the birthday one) and me and say, “ well for your size, it’s adult”. I promise you never in my years have I been reprimanded for my height in such place. Then I realize that lady with the kids was the one who complained such a complaint even though we were having fun together. Let alone to mention that I do not and have not seen EVER a “height sign” warning. This caused us to leave earlier than we finished eating, ruining my sisters birthday and mood. Honestly if you want to come here to dine, it’s cool for a lunch or take out, but to play? Keep in mind that if your child is age 15 or less, 5,5 or more, they will not let your child play even though it’s with their own siblings....

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ask the owners of Burger King to pay attention to this. Yesterday I went with my 9-year-old son. First, there was tremendous shouting and talking among the employees, and the customer service was terrible. Then, the food we ordered came out wrong. When we went to the counter, the "cook," a young woman, with tremendous disrespect, yelled at my son, saying that she never makes mistakes with any order and that he asked for it that way. All the while, yelling as if she were scolding us. From where I was sitting, I could still hear her talking and saying inappropriate things about the customers and the orders. Then a dark-skinned man, who also only spoke English and is a mailman, came over. He told her that her order was incorrect, and this same "cook" came out to confront this man in an inappropriate manner. The man replied, "NO SPANISH," and the kitchen told him, "YOU'RE SAFE YOU DON'T SPEAK SPANISH BECAUSE I'M A RUMP." I've been going to this Burger King with my son for many years. The service has always been average, but now it's terrible. DO NOT HIRE PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE THE APPROPRIATE ATTITUDE TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT I'M SAYING. THIS HAPPENED YESTERDAY, TUESDAY, AUGUST...

To whom it may concern On July 5th 2025 went into the dining room of this Burger King and order me the 2 for 5 ham egg and cheese croissants, the total was 5.35 with tax . I received my two ham egg and cheese croissants in a bag to go went to my car started eating one sandwich when I noticed the sandwich was very thin, open the sandwich , and yes it's missing a slice of ham this Burger King is taking a slice of ham off every breakfast sandwich, open my second sandwich also missing a slice of ham, went back inside spoke to the gentleman and he told me that they have started doing that because they received orders from corporation, to take a slice of ham out. I told the gentleman that was not true I go to Burger King everyday for my breakfast sandwiches, and I always get two slices of ham in each ham egg and cheese croissant. On July 6 ,on July 7 went to two different Burger Kings bought the same order the two ham egg and cheese croissants we're not missing a slice of ham. This Burger King is stealing from the customer. Plain and simple. I will be contacting your corporation company to ask them if it's true what you said employee no name tag I will never leave my money there again or let my family go there...
