6/17/19 So today I decided to have Burger King for lunch. I ordered through the app as I have done for a while now and I had to wait for it to update before I could order. Placing the order was no problem. When I got to the drive thru I told them I ordered through the app and they asked my name. Then they came back and asked me a second time for my name. I was then told to pull to the second window. Pretty standard so far. At the window I was told that they had discontinued the crispy tacos of which I had ordered three. I was informed that I shouldn't use the app to order as this type of thing happens on a regular basis. I asked what we were going to do then and the only option I was given was to get they're $1 chicken nuggets instead of the tacos. I wasn't giving any option for a refund or for any other product. As my children like the nuggets I said I would get the three orders because they would not go to waste. The rest of my order consisted of 2 chicken sandwiches and two small fries. I customized both sandwiches when I ordered. I had to wait on my order while they made the nuggets. When I got home and unpacked the order everything was there. I opened the first chicken sandwich and it was made wrong, so I opened the second one to discover it was also made wrong. Because of the time involved to go back and try and get it corrected and the fact that I am diabetic and was due to eat it was not worth my time to go back to the restaurant. I used to get really good service from this restaurant and they rarely made mistakes. Lately they can't seem to get anything right and the Burger King app just seems to make everything worse. My recommendation is go someplace else as there are plenty of fast food places nearby. I did notify them of the problems with my order and I will wait to see if they contact me.
4/22/19 How does BK run out if pickles? This one needs work to get better again.
1/2/19 - My first visit inside this location and possibly my last. I usually do the drive thru and they are almost always right on. Going inside to eat is a totally new experience that I can't recommend. You walk in the door and can smell the old cooking oil. We wanted burgers for breakfast and they had to check if they had any. We went to sit down and every table was filthy. We wiped one down and had our meal. Surprisingly the floors seemed clean. There is damage to the walls. Overall I'd say the whole place needs a makeover. The tables are wobbly but the chairs aren't bad. Some of the windows are pretty bad too. I can not recommend dining in here.
The hamburgers are made from real meat but the french fries are only good while still hot. They usually get my order right but when it is not they are willing to make it right. Coupons do make coming...
Read moreI learn something new every day. Recently, I found out that not all Burger Kings are created equal, and it’s a good idea to check the reviews for the one you plan to visit. The usual story: people are hungry and want good food quickly, close to where they are. So we see a Burger King nearby, figure the menu is familiar, and expect decent food that’s quick, and then we can all head home to relax.
But I had a pretty frustrating experience trying to order for three people—one meal each, which included two meals and a sandwich. I repeated the order three times, and each time I got a confirmation. At the end, though, I didn’t get a total and was told to go to window one.
We ended up waiting and wondering if we were really supposed to be at window one since no one was there. After a while, we decided to check out window two. When we pulled up, the employee there, not the friendliest, told us to go back to window one.
So, we had no choice but to back up to window one and wait again. That same employee came over to window one, opened it, and just stared at us without saying anything. I handed over some cash, hoping it was the right amount since there were no other cars around, and the place wasn’t busy inside. It was just confusing.
Finally, I got my order, but it was missing the fries and part of the sandwich. I sat there thinking the rest of it would be coming. Then another employee, who looked like a manager, came over and asked if I needed help. I told them what was missing, but all I got was a blank look.
While nothing was happening, I checked the bag and saw the receipt, realizing they hadn’t even gotten my order right after all those confirmations. My only options were to either go inside and reorder or head to another restaurant. It’s such a hassle to figure out food for everyone and then have to go somewhere else because this place messed up.
They didn’t even make an effort to fix it; they just stared at me until I left. All I could do was wish them a nice day and try to sort things out at...
Read moreFirst, let me just say I am absolutely flabbergasted as to how Burger King as a company still exists.
We've lived around the corner from this location for nearly 8 years and haven't visited once. Actually, I can't remember the last time it was I visited a Burger King.
I submitted a mobile order for the drive thru from the app in my driveway. The commute takes about 5 minutes, give or take, depending on traffic. Upon arriving, I sat in the drive thru line for a solid 5 minutes with no movement. Both sides had 2 cars in line and neither moved or ordered. I decided to go inside to retrieve my mobile order as I assumed it was sitting there ready to go. As I entered the building (literally the only one inside!), it took about 5 minutes for someone to greet me. The poor underpaid staff was running around between the register, drive thru, fryers, etc with absolutely NO hand washing or glove changes at all. Huge health code violation! Finally after a line built up inside and I waited and waited for my very small mobile order, I was out the door about a half an hour after!
The franchise operator needs some help! I've never seen a more mismanaged and chaotic fast food establishment in my life. I will...
