It’s pretty disappointing how rarely the lobby of a fast food restaurant will be open ever since so I’d (which was at its peak 3 whole years ago!). But some places such as this location have opened it up, but only really during the daytime. Hardly ever at night. Which makes it nearly impossible to provide quality delivery service via doordash/Uber eats. Then you can still almost never get them to stay open until the advertised time. And if something does go wrong such as them not having a certain order, this restaurant has no way for you to turn around or exit the drive thru line. You are expected to wait in line still! Behind 5 cars. Unless you’d like to drive over the curb and risk damaging your car
I had a terrible experience here today not only will I not deliver for the Store anymore but I won’t eat here either. Tonight I sat in line for 20 minutes then got to the speaker and was told that the persons order “did not exist”. I asked how do I escape the line as there is no way out. And I actually had other orders to complete. They did not answer. Stupidly, I gave them another chance and I came back later on and waited in line yet again but this time for two deliveries. And I planned on ordering myself dinner also. I waited yet another 26 minutes and when I reached the speaker I was told “ they couldn’t do any new orders because the system was down” i said that wouldn’t be a problem because it was a delivery order which had been placed nearly an hour ago (if I waited over 26 minutes they had to have ordered it at least 10 minutes before that etc). They again said that their system was down and they don’t have any orders at all. At this point, I was super disappointed because as I drove past looking through the window you could just see the restaurant workers just cleaning and not attempting to fix their “down system”. Also I could see orders on their screen which I assume was the delivery orders that automatically get sent through. So it was pretty evident to me that they just wanted to close 15 minutes early (which happens more often than not here). Which would not have bothered me I had I not waited in line for over 20 minutes… Twice in the same night… Not only will I not do any more deliveries for the store, but I will no longer be eating at the store either. As someone that works late, I have always enjoyed the philosophy of Taco Bell. Eat great even late. It seems like they’ve lost that philosophy somewhere...
Read moreThere really isn't an expectation when you think about ordering fast food. It's quick and easy. This Taco Bell by far has the worst employees I've ever interacted with. First, the employees are extremely rude when they speak to you, and give you attitude if you ask for anything that has to disrupt them, God forbid they hand you a cup or a side of sour cream that was left out of the order. Second, there is not fast food to the fast-food thought. I waited 27-minutes for my food with me asking along the way where my order was with a response of "were busy" and "hold on". Turns out my order at the kiosk didn't go through and she had to manually find my ticket, but she would have known this if she answered me or if she asked why I was standing at the counter for so long instead of waiting 25-minutes to answer me. The employees will not take orders at the counter and force all patrons to order off the kiosk. One gentleman asked if he could order at the counter and pay cash and one employee in the back said "you're going to have to wait like 10-minutes. I'm busy". One of the employees, I think she's a manager, is lazy and pretends to be busy so she won't have to prepare food. She moves things on the counter back and forth, randomly checks things, and wanders aimlessly to look busy. Finally, there is not up-keep in the dining area. All the tables are sticky and dirty, and the floors are a mess. And the food, well it's Taco Bell, so it is...
Read moreNot quite certain how this location is capable of such poor customer service and consistently incorrect drive-thru orders but here we are - clearly many reviewers frustrated on so many levels. For us, Taco Bell is an occasional "treat" - something we enjoy outside of our normal and healthier routine. For a chain that has been around for literally decades, there's a clear formula to follow. And yet somehow this location manages to deviate from that very formula. This last visit: ordered a burrito supreme (nearly five bucks these days) and ended up with a small soft chicken taco of some sort stuffed with minimal chicken and lots of cabbage (didn't even know this was a thing). The woman at the drive-thru window was less than enthusiastic about delivering even a moderate level of customer service. The inside of the restaurant (which I try to avoid at all costs during the rare occasions we visit) seems to always be in a state of chaos: dirty tables, messy condiment station, etc. Unfortunately, this is the TB location closest to our home yet we're now finding ourselves driving to alternate locations (that seamlessly manage to get it right) for our fast food taco fix. Come on guys, we really want to give you business but you're making it...
