DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Contiguous United States

I went into the store on a mission-mission completed! We work from home, and my husband lives in t-shirts and shorts. But we had a dinner to attend, and although not dress up, it did require pants. And his only pair of long pants (think post hurricane Ian) was a well worn pair from DXL. So off I went with them, walked into the store and said to Shannon-I need another pair of these but newer. We walked over to the correct rack and he found what I needed. He pointed out that I could save money if we went for a second pair and since my husband is losing weight, I got the second pair. He asked me about shirts, but he happens to have a good supply of very nice polos, so I was done after 2 pairs of pants. I appreciated that he asked and didn't push. As my husband continues to lose weight, I won't go anywhere else to find him new duds in...

I've only been down here 2 years. We came from Buffalo. Our DXL (Casual Male) are small and sometimes limited. This store in Ft Myers is Amazing! It's easily 3 times larger than what I'm used to and the selection is outstanding! Unfortunately, the guy that was working is a cold fish with zero personality. I know what I want so it wouldn't matter to me if there was just a robot to heck you out but, if you need to work with someone to help you find something, be creative, etc., the guy working the Sunday I was there (today), sure isn't that helpful someone. The mens wearhouse made me feel like a fat guy. I didnt fit their mold I guess. Keith who is skinny, never made me feel ackward about my weight or size. He treated me like I had a million dollars to spend. I will be back, and let me tell you about fat guys, we have plenty of fat guy friends. They will know where to shop for clothes and bargains without feeling fat. I can't say enough about Keith, he was so awesome and went the extra mile. He is an irreplaceable asset.
