⏰️ although bustling on a saturday morning ~11am we were seated right away, good mix of tables and booths for plenty of seating for smaller or large groups. ⭐️ the atmosphere is small-town diner, quaint and comfortable. The waitress was attentive and came by several times to check on us although busy. They have an expansive menu with something for everyone! 🍳Pictured is the Rocky Mountain eggs benedict on an English muffin. It was still very good but I've also definitely had better benedicts> the English muffin was VERY thin (which maybe is a plus for some people!) and I did end up adding some salt and pepper to it even with the hollandaise sauce. They accidentally forgot the mushrooms and tomatoes for the top but so did I! They did bring the other toppings out separately for me when they realized. 🤑 typical for a breakfast stop if not even a bit more budget-friendly for some still good food, the Benedict was ~$13 👍 I was glad we tried this breakfast stop, I'm not sure if I would go out of my way to go again but for a laid-back diner experience it was nice.

The good: coffee didn't taste like Maxwell House. Onion rings were on point. The servers were nice, the place was clean, atmosphere decent. The bad: Hubby's Avocado toast - Avocado tasted not ripe, eggs were medium when he asked for them over easy. My Greek omelette - based on pics I ordered home fries extra crispy for them to come out the right crisp level. There was more spinach on hubby's avo toast than in my Greek omelette, which was just sauteed mushrooms and feta wrapped in a big scrambled egg. For both our meals, the bread tasted like processed junk even tho it was wheat/"hearty" We had high hopes for this place based on the better reviews, but were disappointed, esp for the price. Will not come back as there are better choices in the area.

Strawberry cheesecake French toast was very good. I like the way they infused cheesecake into the French toast. The sausage was good. The eggs were scrambled hard the way I like but they came with cheddar and not American like I ordered. Also our server was nice enough but she was not as attentive as normal. We also experienced time gaps in service. She seemed overwhelmed by the large party and kept forgetting small requests like straws and one person's request for hot tea. We were traveling and the reviews were good. A bit disappointing.

Sorry but the food is terrible, customer service is lacking. I ordered to go for me and my family, it was my first time ordering from here and the young lady who took my order over the phone was very patient with me as I decided on what we would get. That's where the customer service and experience died. When we got there I waited for about 5 minutes before anyone came to greet me, then finally a waitress asked if I had been helped, I told her no and she walked over behind the cashiers station. She pulls out a Square terminal, places it next to a couple bags and leaves it there, while walking away...literally without saying anything. So I put two and two together and assumed she wanted me to pay and those were my bags. I paid my bill and checked the bags, no utensils, no napkins, no ketchup or salt and pepper. So I walked to the back where the kitchen area is and asked for those items. Someone in the back retrieved them and I went on my way. As soon as we got home to open everything up? I was extremely disappointed, the extra bacon I ordered was either undercooked to the point I wasn't sure if it was safe to eat, or completely burned like inedible burned...The eggs were watery and faux eggs, not real cracked open eggs, hashbrowns were undercooked, cold to the touch (we live 2 minutes away) and extremely salty, toast was hard as a rock and overtoasted..it was just a disaster. I nearly threw up trying to eat these things.. I will never visit this small business again, they need a...

Not horrible but not very good. Foods okay service is a little bit better than the food or maybe a little bit worse either way not great. There's no one real bad thing about this place honestly two stars might be more fair but it's all the mediocrity together it has a multiplying effect. It's not that dirty but it's not that clean, the food is not that good but it's not that bad, the wait staff is not rude to you but they're not exactly friendly. I guess real reason this is a one-star restaurant and not a two or three is, when I came into the restaurant the battery my cell phone was low so when I ask to be seated at a table that was their power outlet the waitressed kind of looked at me confused and said, "I wouldn't plug-in any of your stuff in here the power is kinda iffy". She then went on to tell me that the owners of the place don't want to pay to bring the power up to code. Sure it's one offhand remark, but still kind of encapsulates why this is a one-star restaurant. Sure, they have a table that is near a power outlet but you shouldn't use it the power outlet. The one star rating is reserved for places I very much would not recommend. Even if you're very hungry eat someplace else. This place definitely qualifies but...

We live very close by and have not been to cup n saucer in a while . The first thing I noticed when walking in was all the regular waitresses that were there for many years were not there greeting you like they knew you . And usually the place was packed and there was only several tables with customers which is odd for a Saturday morning . These ladies were the heart and soul bd really made you feel welcome. Then I couldnt find the menu items I liked ( looks like an entirely new menu. I ordered a crab eggs Benedict and a single side pancake . The hollandaise sauce was very very thick like it had been reheated and the English muffin underneath was very rubbery and difficult to cut . Lastly the pancakes at the old cup n saucer was the perfect ending to the meal . They were huge and very fluffy And one was just enough . Well They brought a small flat disc . Also waiters never circled back to ask how our food was our refilled our coffee . I know prices of everything is going up but our bill was 32 plus tip for 2 breakfasts and it didn’t really seem worth it . I was sad to find out that there was a change in ownership and staff and they do not serve the same quality of food...
