Wonderful!!! Don’t ever walk passed this food truck without eating 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼 We had the tacos. I can not say enough about what a wonderful surprise it was. Not that I expected it to be bad by any mean but I’m not vegan, I’m not vegetarian, I’m a meat/seafood 7 nights a week… spent 20+ years of my early life in culinary arts & exceptionally high end fine dining and one thing that has always been difficult to teach and/or achieve are wonderful vegan dishes that even a meat eater doesn’t find themselves missing the meat. More than a few renown chefs have said if you really want to know how good an establishment is you should eat the vegetarian dish. So I typically do, especially my first visit and many a good establishments fail on this note or merely get by with a mediocre offering of a chicken dish without chicken.

No meat offerings here but when you do vegan this tasty you don’t need to. Complimented the owner/chef and we had a great conversation.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING food!!! You can tell it is prepared with so much passion and understanding of how to build incredible flavor. I have been vegan for a long time and I can honestly say this is some of the best vegan food I've ever had the pleasure of eating (also 100% gluten-free). We ordered the loaded papas, puerto rican rice, and banging tofu bowl. It was so packed with flavor without making me feel weighed down after eating. I could have ordered the entire menu - it all looked so delicious. The owners, Aria & Josh, were so friendly and welcoming. They even gave us some bonus coleslaw and salsa verde. You can feel the love they have for their business. The service was quick, portion sizes were big, and the food was fresh. I will definitely be a returning customer & will highly recommend their food to anyone seeking affordable, flavorful, and comforting food. Calling all foodies !!!!! The best taco I’ve ever had hands down and they were vegan! I recently had the pleasure of attending the Destin 2023 food truck fest and came across this absolute 💎 Gem !!! The two lovely ladies I spoke to graciously gave me a small sample to try because I was hard torn between two items and ultimately I ended up getting their vegan tacos. They let me add a little of their two signature sauces (salsa verde & chipotle) to create the most delicious tacos I’ve ever tasted, hands down. Now I will say I’ve been vegetarian for more than 10 years but I’m positive even the meat eaters will agree the proof is in the puddin’ or in this case vegan tacos !!! I absolutely became an instant fan you can taste the love in every bite. You can tell they use fresh -quality ingredients and truly take care and pride in what they make. I’ll be following them...
