About a year ago, occasional visits here were fine.
The last few times at this location my mocha madness smoothie has been way too bitter and watery, they're definitely not making it right. The worst part though... To begin, I went through the drive through window to pick up my order that I'd ordered online since they never actually bring the order outside if selecting curb side. The woman handed me the smoothie but it was over flowing and liquid was all over the top of the lid ready to spill over. I drive a low to the ground car and could not see the liquid sitting on top. She gave no warning and when she handed it to me, it spilled all over my seat, center console, and clothes! I told her that I would've appreciated a warning and not to have been given a smoothie that was over flowing like that causing it to spill all over in the first place. She just stared and didn't acknowledge the problem at all or apologize. Terrible customer "service". I've never had such a horrible experience like that. I asked for more napkins, which she did get. Don't know if she just doesn't want to work there, it's a lack of training, poor management or what, but be warned. Now I have a sticky mess to clean out of my car, which I've always kept clean. And another bad smoothie.

Read moreI don’t even know where to start….when I was in the drive thru someone saw me and never acknowledged me then another employee Jericka states the sensor never went off and they didn’t know I was patiently waiting a good ten mins… whatever . Once I got my order and made it back to my residence , a few bites in I notice this huge piece of plastic in my sandwich. I immediately drove all the way back to the destination just to be told “ we can’t do anything … you can come back in the morning “…. WHAT?!!!! there’s no manager on-site, the employees are immature and appear to be a bunch of high schoolers all on their phones… no professionalism … and at that nobody here not even the cashier knows how to properly operate the register to issue at least a refund , a credit on their gift card.. SOMETHING HECK ANYTHING …..she straight up stated nobody here knows how to do anything lol like are you serious??!!!Even after speaking to the manager Jackie - the employee called her on her personal phone for me to inform of the issue at least she was professional yet now I still have to wait for a refund and for the owner to be contacted smh waste of time and money don’t go here ! And apparently some guy named Eric made my order yeahhhh buddy needs to find another trade and do something else with his life this ain’t it you had...
Read moreWhen I order the offered sugar subs for someone who's diabetic, I don't get them half the time. A manager contacted me to say he will tell the store to mark down my name to make sure I get the correct sugar. That shouldn't be necessary! It's scary that they only do it when the big boss forces them! And that's if I believe they'll listen to him. I was glad when I got the call and thought my problem was solved, but the general accuracy of my orders has gone DOWN since then, meaning I don't trust them at all. My food has been missing items the past several times I've ordered there. No sides, items wrong. Opened my bowl today and found the meat missing! I recently waited at the window for 35 minutes after ordering with no customers in the store or in front of me, for two smoothies. The employees just stood and chatted. If I had not promised someone the food I would have left. I thought the problem was occasional, and then I thought it would improve. Wrong. I'll come back in a few months and see if...
